In the Aberdeen area you are not going to find a nicer apartment complex. This complex has a lot…read moregoing for it with proximity to the highway, and a short commute to the base. The facilities are nice and the apartments are really beautiful inside. I stayed here about two years, and in that time I went to a lot of community events, and got to know a lot of the neighbors. My only complaint is the little league stadium is almost always up and running, and the inconsiderate parents will let their car alarms go off all hours of the day and night. A lot of little league parents will also tailgate until about 2am and the way the apartments face the parking lot you will get to hear all of it. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done with this. If you get into one of the buildings that does not face the stadium you will be good. I also hear they are building a little shopping plaza in the area and that will really be convent since there is not much in Aberdeen.

And the pool looks welcoming. I walked into the office and I was greeted by the Assistant Property Manager Timothy Toussaint. He was very professional, polite and informative. i was given a tour of all the amenities. A large gym, nice pool and a huge community center. My biggest surprise was when I was shown an actual apartment two bedrooms , two baths . It was staged to perfection. As I turned in my application Mr. Toussaint assured me that he will do his best to find the apartment that I'm looking for. I am confident that in June I will be a resident of The Yards at Fieldside Village. Maryjo Williams

I have had issues like everyone else with something breaking (apartment living) but the front office keeps me informed as to when they will be in. The PM walks around , is friendly and knows what is going on. Not to mention she helped me get out of my rent hole and back on track. There is a sense of caring. I appreciate that when it comes to dealing with lateness and trying my best.

They have brought the quality of the area's to an all time low. Over physically been waiting 2 mos to get a leaky kitchen sink and broken shower fixed. Every time I go into the office the property manager pretends as though she is putting in a work order and no one had showed up yet. The machine team that wad here when I moved in was prompt and timely, I greatly miss that quality of excellence! I had another issue where a company they hired accidentally destroyed my property and is been 6 mos and still no resolution has been offered to me except more run around by the property manager. She's very good at deflecting issues while solving nothing. Whenever they improve their services I'll gladly give them a review they deserve but the headache is not worth the money you spend to live here.

Fast forward almost one year at 55 days before the end of my lease, so past the 60 I would have had to provide they put a notice on my door that rent was increasing. I thought it over and at 48 days I provided them with the notice to vacate. Now I had to do it through email because the office was closed because of COVID, so already past my 60 days they provide a rent increase notice and the office wasn't even open to accept the notice even if I had done it at the 60 days. So I provide the notice, had the carpets professionally cleaned (that's in the rental agreement you have to do it), turn in my key and then received word that the inspection found not damage at all. I was told there might be a penalty because I didn't provide the full 60 days notice, which is crap anyway because I didn't get 60 days notice of a rent increase, something that could definitely sway someone's decision. Whatever I just want to go along to get along so I was like okay I understand. Fast forward past the time landlords must legally return your security deposits by and I have to contact them because I haven't gotten any money back. They respond with a receipt saying that they are keeping my entire security deposit because I did not provide the full 60 days notice to vacate. Of course I'm livid but in the end I was just willing to lose that and move on just to make my own life easier. This is the end of September 2020. Fast forward till nowJanuary 2021 and I get a phone call from a collection company stating that Annhurst has placed a collection on for an additional $530 dollars. So they had 12 months of rent that I always paid early, an apartment returned to them with carpets professionally cleaned and paperwork stating there was no damage at all, and they kept my entire security deposit of almost $1000, then sent me to collections for an additional $530 because I did not provide 60 days notice. So apparently they believe since I provided notice 12 days past the 60 days the rental agreement stated, and 7 days after I was notified of a rent increase which was given to me 5 days after my 60 day notice had to be in, those 12 days they believe are worth $1530 which is more than one months rent there. The local people at the office were fine. The neighborhood was quiet. I had no complaints living there. I took care of their property and returned to them with no damage, not even the stove burner cover covers and they way they thank someone that does that is to try and steal an additional $1530 from them. The local office people might be nice, but you better understand the sneaky and underhanded bull crap their corporate offices apparently like to play. Think very hard before you sign a lease here because that is the kind of company that is running this place.

Faith Ramsburg had a parent banned from the property and evicted the tenants all because she was questioned on why a car was towed. Faith had a smerk on her face the entire time she hid behind the loop holes of the property rules. This property is a classic case of treating their tenants badly because they are low income. Discrimination of color is written all over Faith Ramsburg and the pathetic thing is, our government allows this absurd behavior. However she has no problem cashing those government rent checks. And the staff would get minus stars if possible. They're terrible at keeping contact when there is a problem, but great at making excuses as to why the problems are constantly ignored. When they do show up to fix something, it's done poorly if at all, and I don't think they know how to clean up after their work. Must be rubbing off from the tenants that constantly dump trash in the hallways, stairwells, and front step.
