ReNew Belcamp by Trinity Property Consultants

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and conduct of the…read moreleasing office staff at Renew Belcamp. Over the course of my residency, I have encountered repeated issues stemming from miscommunication, lack of accountability, and delays in resolving problems -- most recently involving a mishandled $500 rent discount that was offered during lease renewal. On June 26, 2025, I received a text message from the leasing office regarding a $500 discount on my first month's rent if I renewed by the next day. I immediately contacted the office for clarity, but the staff failed to properly explain that the discount would not appear on the portal, and no one returned my follow-up calls on June 26 or 27. Despite me attempting to confirm this offer, no resolution was provided. Later, I was told the offer could no longer be honored due to their own failure to communicate -- which is both unprofessional and unfair. This incident reflects a broader pattern: when the leasing office makes an error, they take no ownership and instead expect tenants to accept the consequences without question. Rather than trying to fix the problem, they prolong the issue or brush it off entirely. It sends a clear message that residents are expected to "just pay the rent" -- regardless of the circumstances or the office's role in the problem. Let me be clear: I have never had an issue paying my rent on time. What I do take issue with is the unacceptable level of service and accountability that I have experienced. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to corporate, and that someone reviews both the handling of the $500 discount situation and the overall professionalism of the on-site team. I would also appreciate a direct contact at the corporate level who can ensure that future concerns are addressed with the seriousness and respect that residents deserve. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter. Noo referral's give.

The PM instructed me to record the noises. Over twenty plus recordings from various times of the day we're sent. Now they are telling me that this is normal apartment living. Prior to these ignorant people, there was a couple with a toddler. They didn't even make this much noise. On top of that, they flooded my bedroom bathroom three times. This place is disgusting. I've had to now involve my attorneys because these people think that it's okay to disrupt other's peace and management clearly feels the same way. DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SOMEONE OF COLOR!! IT IS NOW 2:56AM AND THEY ARE STILL BOUNCING THEIR HAPPY ASSES AROUND OVER MY HEAD! IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR A HALF-HOUR NOW!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We've lived here since August and we have yet to meet an unhappy tenant. The staff we've met: front desk- Aleah and Adena; maintenance- David and Ty; management - Annie and Tim...are all friendly and professional. Upon signing up we were offered discounts and promotions and help (financially) ending our lease with our Cockeysville apartment. Amenities are important to us. The best James Run amenities are: a fenced playground, dog park, community garden, building key fob entry, elevators, car wash station, salt water pool, free valet at-the-door trash pickup, EV charging stations, fully equipped gym and large community spaces with a regulation size Brunswick pool table. We're next door to Chipotle, Starbucks, Royal Farms, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse and more. Also, James Run is a short drive to downtown Bel Air. The James Run community is a healthy mix of Yuppies and boomers. Every morning, because we're boomers, we walk to the leasing building for free coffee. Good luck with your apartment search.

My apartment was immaculate and had plenty of room, including a wonderful walk-in closet. I can't say enough about Barbara and Jackie, who made my move in (and out) easy. The first day we walked in it was beautiful, the office was well decorated, free starbucks coffe and hot chocolate, the club house was amazing, they have a computer area with a fireplace, this is by far the best buisiness center i have ever seen. Top of the line apple mac pcs, fully equipped gymn, place to play pool, hold meetings, and did i tell you showers where you can clean up after your workout and an area to put the kids while you do?and its free. Their pool is beautiful, the only thing i can compare it to is a mini amazument park pool. My kids will love this place in the summer i cant wait. Our leasing agent was mrs barbara. She was amazing, treated us so well and we felt right at home. She asked us what we wanted, showes us the apartment, the hallways smelt amazing, not sure what they use but it smells amazing! The apartment itself was everything we dreamed off, wall to wall carpet, wooden floors in some areas, marble countertops, stainless steel appliancea, garden tubs, lights everywhere in the house. This place took our breathe away. You can tell management put their time into getting this place together. Their maintenance comes out before 24 hrs if you have an emergency, there is front door trash pickup 2x a week. We were soo happy we applied the same day and signed our lease within a week. We have kids and it was very important for us to feel at home before going anywhere so they definetely met our expectations. I am someone who is very particular abt everywhere we go. I check reviews and give honest feedback to help others do the same for theirs. The day we moved in, omgg... they had treats and notes all over the apartment for us, snack treats in the fridge, papertowel, soap and a sponge with a note by the kitchen sink, samples in the bathroom, a duckie and a towel near the shower in the master, even a sample laundry detergent in the laundry room. This place is georgeous, the only thing i didnt like was i didnt have a balcony, but the fact that we had everything else we could possible have , made it worth over looking to me. So far this was a great decision. We moved in and are excited about our stay here. They worked with us by offering signup deals, it is extremely amazing how far they were willing to go to make us stay, and i cant believe the price.. Im surprised this place isnt full yet. This property is worth every dime. We are new happy residents of Enclave at Boxhill.

There is always room for improvement in ANY community you live in, so instead I'm going to tell you my positives about living here: - It's quiet, peaceful & nestled in a wooded community, but still close to everything you could want & need; restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, library, doctors, gyms, parks, fresh food markets and the list goes on - Minutes from I-95, MD Route 40, MD Route 7 - Josh, the maintenance supervisor is amazing, quick, & thorough - Juaquin, a tech is polite & super sweet - Emergency Maintenance Issues are address ASAP - I never have to fight for a parking spot in the building I'm in - It's one level living, so no one is above you or below you - Enclosed patio area - No Mice! - Knock on wood, I have not yet experienced any mice activity - Everything is Electrical, no gas (for me, I prefer no gas. no carbon monoxide worries. But if you are a cook, I'm not sure if they offer gas stoves in any of the units) If you don't need the bells & whistles, luxury apartment or have unrealistically super ridiculous expectations, I would recommend living here. They're always at the leasing office, sometimes until after midnight, but can't seem to return an urgent call about my lock not working when I first moved in (it's been a year, lol. My dad fixed it.) The worst part might be that in March I'm only here until the 11th and my lease is up, so I was told when I first moved in my last month would be at a pro rate, but nope, they charged the full amount and said they would "refund me" after they charge the fees for moving out.... What???? I don't see a refund coming any time in my future. Also had to pay to get my mailbox lock changed which they said they would reimburse but never did. What really made me write this??? On top of everything????? My next door neighbors walkway is caving in, and has been forever, and they won't do a thing about it. Yes they know about it. They've seen it.
