Robert was trememdously helpful today not only did he give me this information but he also installed new blinds for my bedroom window which are, as he pointed out upgraded to a new design and even look. Robert installed the blinds in minutes dispite the fact I had the old school versions of the blinds, they look great Robert and thanks again.

They take forever to get paperwork done for you, the maintenance phone line is also off most of the time (forcing you to leave a message on the emergency maintenance line during regular business hours), the maintenance staff takes forever to get things done, residents are loud and blast music in their cars as they drive by at all hours of the night, and when you complain to Edgewood Management Corp (the company who owns Windsor Valley) about it, you'll talk to a guy named Terrence Kelley who does nothing but make excuses for these losers. Don't move here. On the bright side, it is clean & pest-free, & obviously affordable.

The property looks just as pictured online. My apartment was ready to move in & Mr Ken (maintenance man) made sure it was cleaned thoroughly to assure allergen free, which is needed for my illness. I love my style of apartment & the amenities offered. I love the manager & has always helped me with anything needed. I'm very greatful to have a manager that screen incoming residents & keep my safety on her mind! Who wouldn't want a manager that knows her tenants? The only reason I did not give 5 was not due to lack of management however there are tenants that do not follow the rules of non smoking property. I have no complaint about the apartments themselves - I was surprised to find the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom a little smaller than I'd expected, however. The neighborhood was quiet and there were lots of amenities that I hadn't expected (e.g., a fireplace, which I unfortunately never got to use). It's perfectly situated - it's minutes from I-95, Route 24, everything you could need and want as far as shopping and entertainment, so that was nice. Schools are good here. There's a downside with everything, though.... The lack of consideration with pets is off the chain. Every time I turned around, I was stepping in dog mess. People do not clean up after their dogs here, and it shows. The valet trash was a nice feature, but half of the time, it was never picked up. There was also no recycling option here - I had to take all of our recycling to a private facility, which irritated me to no end because that was money out of my pocket to do the right thing. When I lived here, it was managed by Greystar Properties, which apparently conducts an FBI check on its applicants. This was absolutely the most difficult application/acceptance process I have ever been through, and I have lived in a lot of places. It took nearly 3 months from application to approval. Ridiculous. It's now apparently managed by a new company and it's been renamed "Harford ReNew". But it's the same place. Would I live here again? Probably not, but it's for personal reasons. You might have better luck.

If you're looking for affordability and a safe location close to bel air, I'd recommend Woodsdale. But if you can splurge a little for something nicer, I'd say do that.
