They did give us ac units as we have two floors we had one ac down and up mean while we have two bedrooms we couldn't use spare bedroom because it was so hot. Got a reply saying it was fixed and was not. We put in a request and we got denied as leasing office said it was a necessary fix excuse me? Not madatory fix it summer and you are legally supposed to fix. On top of that we have a huge mice investion as we contacted multiple times they told us to use sticky pads???? Whatttt and also we have a aggressive dog next to us reported it three times they pulled info up first of all they didn't have record of dog and 2 it was a pit bull nothing against pit bulls I love them but they aren't allowed never took care of it! Not on top of this they are supposed to be open 6 days a week they close early everyday and aren't open on Saturdays and even if you go on the times they are open no one is found. As of our lease is up we you need 30 days notice we have them 90 days. Have contacted them 5 times via email phone in person manager said she would take care of it I go in on Wednesday he just I'm from how much out prorated rate is for next month as we leave. Oh we don't have the paper work you didn't submit yes ma am we did not once twice but 5 times as we go. I have her an email of copy sent her the email as she was in front of me telling me she got the email and would be taken care of that day. Never got email or call nothing. So I go in today there were words going on off and both sides she said I told you I would take care of it it's in your portal? Okay check portal nothing as she sits down plays in the computer and says I'll resend and nothing. We are supposed to move out in 2 1/2 weeks the funny thing is we have seen 3 times the same complaint and complaint about the manager so not recommend if I could give negatives stars negative 5 this place is terrible is all aspects do not move here! Also on top of that we have mold and when we moved in they didn't clean the place that I air filter was so bad it couldn't started a fire and in our air vents there was trash food mold drinks you name it was in these vents! Absolutely disgusting! And on top of that! I was outside on the phone with corporate and the manger is circling our area! Maybe it was just she was doing something but for real!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with The Arbors and the way they handle tenant…read moreconcerns and charges After moving out 07/2024 I was unjustly charged for repainting walls painted egg shell white and told a cost that should be covered as part of routine maintenance between tenants This is on top of numerous issues faced during my tenancy including the theft of my car from the supposedly secure garage The building management has repeatedly failed to live up to their promises including misleading claims about onsite security Car are stolen at a rate of one per month but the building fails to alert tenants out of fear of their reaction to hearing that the garage is not safe and to be more careful My car was stolen and I was out of town and a note placed on my door no call or email however if a food truck is coming by they will be sure to alert you I did not find out until I return a week later and the fact I did not have time to put in a report ended losing the car with no chance of returning My overall experience has been stressful and frustrating with little regard for tenant satisfaction or fair treatment I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider choosing The Arbors The management lack of transparency and fairness has left a lasting negative impression and I regret my decision to live here Thank you! Update 08/09/24 To management: I have been trying to work with you since moving out to correct the additional charges being pushed onto tenants to no avail. Even my first phone call when I called asking for details about the apartments, she rushed me off the phone and sounded uninterested and bothered by the conversation. The only reason I still applied was because it's for low income which I need as a single mom. I've called a couple of times over the past almost 2 weeks while in my application process and this has been my experience every time. Their communication skills are lackluster. It's unfortunate because this seems like such an amazing place to live, but the customer service is just very disappointing.

The plumber then had his snake break off in the drain and wanted thousands to fix the drain. They charged me $300 and left me hanging. Other plumbers just ghosted me when I explained the situation or hinted at tearing up my whole yard without knowing at what point the snake hung up. Tully's plumbers took everything in stride and fixed the problem in half a day without ever complaining. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Problem was in crawl space not my yard! I will be forever grateful to the plumbers from Tully's.

Both Allen's are great technicians, honest, reasonable and responsible!
