Robert was trememdously helpful today not only did he give me this information but he also installed new blinds for my bedroom window which are, as he pointed out upgraded to a new design and even look. Robert installed the blinds in minutes dispite the fact I had the old school versions of the blinds, they look great Robert and thanks again.

Their pool is beautiful, the only thing i can compare it to is a mini amazument park pool. My kids will love this place in the summer i cant wait. Our leasing agent was mrs barbara. She was amazing, treated us so well and we felt right at home. She asked us what we wanted, showes us the apartment, the hallways smelt amazing, not sure what they use but it smells amazing! The apartment itself was everything we dreamed off, wall to wall carpet, wooden floors in some areas, marble countertops, stainless steel appliancea, garden tubs, lights everywhere in the house. This place took our breathe away. You can tell management put their time into getting this place together. Their maintenance comes out before 24 hrs if you have an emergency, there is front door trash pickup 2x a week. We were soo happy we applied the same day and signed our lease within a week. We have kids and it was very important for us to feel at home before going anywhere so they definetely met our expectations. I am someone who is very particular abt everywhere we go. I check reviews and give honest feedback to help others do the same for theirs. The day we moved in, omgg... they had treats and notes all over the apartment for us, snack treats in the fridge, papertowel, soap and a sponge with a note by the kitchen sink, samples in the bathroom, a duckie and a towel near the shower in the master, even a sample laundry detergent in the laundry room. This place is georgeous, the only thing i didnt like was i didnt have a balcony, but the fact that we had everything else we could possible have , made it worth over looking to me. So far this was a great decision. We moved in and are excited about our stay here. They worked with us by offering signup deals, it is extremely amazing how far they were willing to go to make us stay, and i cant believe the price.. Im surprised this place isnt full yet. This property is worth every dime. We are new happy residents of Enclave at Boxhill.

We've lived here since August and we have yet to meet an unhappy tenant. The staff we've met: front desk- Aleah and Adena; maintenance- David and Ty; management - Annie and Tim...are all friendly and professional. Upon signing up we were offered discounts and promotions and help (financially) ending our lease with our Cockeysville apartment. Amenities are important to us. The best James Run amenities are: a fenced playground, dog park, community garden, building key fob entry, elevators, car wash station, salt water pool, free valet at-the-door trash pickup, EV charging stations, fully equipped gym and large community spaces with a regulation size Brunswick pool table. We're next door to Chipotle, Starbucks, Royal Farms, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse and more. Also, James Run is a short drive to downtown Bel Air. The James Run community is a healthy mix of Yuppies and boomers. Every morning, because we're boomers, we walk to the leasing building for free coffee. Good luck with your apartment search.

She seems unhappy with her career, which isn't a good thing for someone who works in a leasing office who is supposed to be drawing tenants in. Even my first phone call when I called asking for details about the apartments, she rushed me off the phone and sounded uninterested and bothered by the conversation. The only reason I still applied was because it's for low income which I need as a single mom. I've called a couple of times over the past almost 2 weeks while in my application process and this has been my experience every time. Their communication skills are lackluster. It's unfortunate because this seems like such an amazing place to live, but the customer service is just very disappointing.

I have no complaint about the apartments themselves - I was surprised to find the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom a little smaller than I'd expected, however. The neighborhood was quiet and there were lots of amenities that I hadn't expected (e.g., a fireplace, which I unfortunately never got to use). It's perfectly situated - it's minutes from I-95, Route 24, everything you could need and want as far as shopping and entertainment, so that was nice. Schools are good here. There's a downside with everything, though.... The lack of consideration with pets is off the chain. Every time I turned around, I was stepping in dog mess. People do not clean up after their dogs here, and it shows. The valet trash was a nice feature, but half of the time, it was never picked up. There was also no recycling option here - I had to take all of our recycling to a private facility, which irritated me to no end because that was money out of my pocket to do the right thing. When I lived here, it was managed by Greystar Properties, which apparently conducts an FBI check on its applicants. This was absolutely the most difficult application/acceptance process I have ever been through, and I have lived in a lot of places. It took nearly 3 months from application to approval. Ridiculous. It's now apparently managed by a new company and it's been renamed "Harford ReNew". But it's the same place. Would I live here again? Probably not, but it's for personal reasons. You might have better luck.

The nice thing about the apt is also because they have a pool and Gym. We had an issue there, the manager James took care of. They sent out a professional company to come take care of it. We were out for almost for a week but the compensated us with a $500 gift card and an edible arrangement which I was "wow" from. I recommended this complex. It's also nice close to wegmans Walmart and target!
