If I were rating the pizza alone, I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars. My frustration is entirely with the hours of operation. Being open only a few hours a day and only a few days a week makes it incredibly difficult to actually support a place that I love. I remember 10+ years ago when you could come here regularly from around lunchtime through dinner. That's when I fell in love with this pizza. Over the years, the hours have become so limited that I rarely get to have it anymore. I no longer live close to Shelby Township, and it seems like every time I'm back in the area and think, "I need to get that pizza," you're closed. From a customer's perspective, it's honestly baffling. You have an incredible product and an extremely loyal customer base, yet there are so few opportunities for people to actually buy it. It feels like so much potential business is being left on the table. Please expand the hours someday! I'm not asking because I dislike the place--I'm complaining because I LOVE the pizza and actually want to be able to buy it. Still my favorite pizza. I just wish you were open so I could actually eat it!
