All the ladies at this location are very sweet. If you're thinking about sugaring my favorite is…read moreTISH! She is hands down one of the sweetest, most professional aestheticians I've ever met, and her technique? Elite. The way she applies the sugar is so precise and intentional that it genuinely makes a huge difference with pain. What really sets her apart is how comfortable and confident she makes you feel. She knows exactly what she's doing, especially if you're curvier, she navigates every nook and cranny like a true expert (IYKYK). On top of that, she creates such a safe, warm, and welcoming space. You walk in a little nervous and leave feeling smooth, confident, and taken care of. I recommend her a million times over. Your skin (and your sanity) will thank you.

After 2 years of using their services, I balked at being "forced" to pay 20% tip each time because…read morethe esthetician told me it was the norm. Ok. I did that for 2 years. One session Cameron missed not 1, not 2, not 3 but FOUR areas that she was paid to sugar. They weren't even small areas. They were long rows down my left arm, down my left leg, an area around my right knee and a patch on my left hand. Each time I noticed I had to get the tweezers out to rectify. it took me about 15 minutes each for the arm and leg hairs. a few minutes for the hand and I did not even bother with the knee. So the time after I gave no tip. Cameron started bawling in front of me at losing the tip. Nice! Do your job properly lady. After 2 years my growth is sparse and thin and gets done in half the time allocated. Whilst I appreciate that, I end up paying $hundreds for a 60 minute job. Plus I'm supposed to pay a 20% tip on top? That seems excessive to me. When 5 weeks later and ready to book my next session, I asked the owner Renata about it, and could I please pay a 10% tip because it takes about half or less than the time allocated and she replied "tipping is always completely at your discretion, and we would never want you to feel obligated to pay a certain amount." Then only after I said I would only pay a 10% tip, Renata said her aesthetician Cameron did not feel comfortable with serving me and they could no longer offer their services to me. When I asked what behavior I had engaged in that suddenly made her feel uncomfortable, they did not reply. So much for "tipping is always completely at your discretion." The reason I told her I was switching to a 10% tip and basically asking permission, was because I did not want Cameron bawling because of the tip. Instead they refused my business after 2 years because obviously paying $hundreds each month and a 10% tip on top for work done in half the time allocated is not enough. How unprofessional! How lame is this company and the owner Renata who happily took 20% tips for 2 years but cancelled me when I balked at that. Renata operates a franchise and pays her employees $15 per hour. Who can live off of $15 per hour? They expect customers to pay their employees' salaries whilst sucking up $hundreds per hour. When you receive $hundreds of dollars for a 60 minute service and pay your own staff $15 an hour, that is exploitation. Nothing less. I already found me an independent provider. Support the local community! Get your services from independents not franchises who expect you to pay for their staff. At this time, Renata has already deducted $100 of my monthly membership and has not confirmed the refund due. Nor has she confirmed that they have stopped the recurring payment. I do hope Renata is professional and honest enough to do the right things on that. They happily took my money monthly for 2 years, then cancelled me without a care. I will update as necessary just for the record if nothing else.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and honestly upsetting experience. My little sister ran to her appointment…read moreand arrived flushed and a little sweaty, and the technician -- I believe her name was B -- proceeded to wax half the area before suddenly stopping and telling her that she was "too sweaty" to continue and that she would need to wait 40 MINS + an additional hour if the next client showed up. For context, my sister has been getting waxed regularly for over eight years. She is athletic, healthy, and this has never happened to her before. She was not dripping in sweat or experiencing anything extreme -- she had simply rushed to make the appointment and was flushed. None of that should even matter in terms of how respectfully a client is treated, but it made the reaction feel even more disproportionate. The technician told her she would need to wait 40 minutes or longer before they could continue, in part because another client was coming in. That is where this started to feel less like a legitimate waxing concern and more like a scheduling issue that my sister was being blamed for. I could completely understand saying, "Let's give you a few minutes to cool down so the wax adheres better." But stopping halfway through a service and telling someone to wait 40+ minutes is a very different situation. I have also been getting waxed for around 10 years, including throughout hot and humid New York summers, and I have never experienced or even heard of someone being treated this way simply for being a little sweaty. Beyond the explanation making very little sense, telling a client she is "too sweaty" in that manner is incredibly rude and inappropriate. There are professional, discreet ways to address moisture without making someone feel embarrassed or ashamed of their body. The fact that half the service had already been completed before this suddenly became an issue also made me seriously question the technician's judgment and experience. If it was genuinely unsafe to wax her, why was the service started in the first place? This is also a waxing salon with fans and powder available to help keep the skin dry. What made the situation even worse was what happened afterward. My sister called me on FaceTime while she was there and was literally in tears trying to advocate for herself and explain that the situation had made her uncomfortable. When my other younger sister later called the salon for more information, the woman at the front desk described my sister as "aggressive" and said she had made the staff uncomfortable. Well let me tell you, I'm the oldest sister and our youngest sister doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body. It made me so sad to see her shakily defending herself. She was upset, embarrassed, and trying to stand up for herself while crying -- not behaving aggressively. All the receptionist had to do was apologize! Getting defensive with emotional clients is never the answer. If you are the owner please review the call as they are all recorded. My sister also told me that after the waxing specialist left the room, she overheard waxers giggling nearby. I cannot say whether they were laughing about her, and I won't pretend to know that. But in that moment, after she had already been made to feel embarrassed and vulnerable, hearing staff giggling only made her feel even more humiliated. Timing, discretion, and basic emotional awareness matter enormously in intimate services like waxing. At the end of the day, this felt like an inexperienced waxer and a scheduling problem being turned into my sister's fault, while her feelings were completely dismissed. A client should never leave a waxing appointment feeling ashamed of a normal bodily response, humiliated, and then be labeled "aggressive" simply for saying she felt uncomfortable. Stopping a service halfway through, giving a questionable explanation, making the client feel embarrassed, and then dismissing her reaction afterward is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on how this was handled. SHAME ON YOU ALL YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. MEANGIRL ACTIVITIES AT THIS LOCATION!!!! also not this is not the first time ive heard of other issues at this location. DO NOT LET THE FOUR STARS FOOL YOU. TERRIBLE STAFF HERE.
