So disappointed. I came here due to all the fantastic reviews. I was loving the stylish interior, super comfy bed with fuzzy blanket, and became so comfortable that I fell asleep. Ariel was extremely pleasant and was so gentle that I could barely feel what she was doing. I've had lashes for years so I was excited that I found such a great place. However, sadly I have to go elsewhere after just two weeks since most of them have fallen off. The same evening of my appointment I lost a couple right away. Next day several more. Everyday since I've lost quite a few, finding them everywhere. This never happened so rapidly and in such quantities with the lashes I used to have from where I moved. I felt like the prices were so reasonable and now I know why. You have to go back after only two weeks since they'll all be gone. read more

I came in very excited to do my lashes however when I looked at myself in the mirror I was MORTIFIED like seriously MORTIFIED!!!! The glue was everywhere!!!!! They didn't even put the lashes I requested they were WAY to short. I requested longer ones. if you do your lashes you know when work is done PROPERLY and PATEINTlY. Aside from that, the environment was not pleasant. The employees where extremely rude and unprofessional. I am very low maintenance with my skin care and makeup regime so I wasn't sure if extensions would fit in with my lifestyle. All I can say is why didn't I try them sooner!?!? I have the most natural looking and perfect lashes every time i come here! Janero is the best here I hesitate to recommend Janero because I don't want her to get too busy to see me lol. But honestly she is the BEST! i tried a few other places for price and location but compared to her, they were awful. she really takes the time to ask what look you want and then actually gives you EXACTLY what you request. my lashes always last a long time when i see her and they look natural yet somehow glamorous at the same time. Update: after thinking about and looking at my eyelashes for the past 4 days I am going to change this. Diane was very nice, but I told her I wanted fuller than classic which is why I went with the hybrid at $200! If she couldn't achieve that and give me any sort of length then why be dishonest and not say so. Why do a set of lashes that looked less than classic with no real length to speak of and then blame it on the damage (which she saw before she started). Also, when you heard and saw my disappointment not offer to add some more length. I really feel like I got a half set and I got duped for the second time!!! I am afraid to try again... Very nice salon, a little noisy but clean and comfortable. Diane was very nice, It's just if I knew that what I was paying $230 for was going to look like my regular lashes that would have been good. If you can't do volume because of the damage then at least do more length to make it seem like I am paying for something because she didn't say there was that much damage to the lash line until she was done and I was disappointed. They hybrid is supposed to be between classic and volume. If I knew it would look like less than classic and not like the picture she showed me I would have laid extra for more volume. I guess only time will tell to see is my lashes grow back thicker again to help make them look fuller. I am so mad at the other lash studio I could scream. I will probably go back and see if I can get a better result once my lash line heals in a few weeks. Got home and noticed that you can see the glue on my lash line I'm not supposed to get my lashes wet for 24 hours but all I want to do is cry right now. Janeiro, I didn't change my review, just added to the disappointment!!! Diane was very sweet and did explain the difference between the hybrid, classic and volume BUT DID NOT explain that she could not give me a fill hybrid see due to the damage until after when she saw my disappointment that I BARELY GOT a classic set, yet STILL CHARGES for a hybrid. I also got home and there was a considerably noticeable line of glue on my lash line. I also want to note that within less than a week I had lost a considerable number of lashes on one eye and had to have a fill done in only 9 days after paying $230!!! The lash girl I saw for fills took the time to explain that I had a lot of breakage from the bad set and although she would love to give me a hybrid long set she didn't think my lashes were strong enough from all of the other damage. She gave me a set that, although not what I would like in the end, has lasted more than 9 days already, has not required any attempts to fill gaps, did not cost $200 and came with a referral of a product to use that is safe with extensions but will help strengthen my lashes. Honesty. That is what I valued. Diane was great but not forth right in telling me what she could do just charged me and did not provide what I paid for. I stand by my review and honestly wish it wasn't so. YES THE FIRST GIRL WAS TERRIBLE!!' I put a bad review on her site. But if you have clients who come thru with a horrible experience it's even more reason to try to be honest and truthful. NOT OVERCHARGE FOR A SET THAT THEY CANT REALLY HAVE! read more

Got my Party lashes here for a wedding, they looked amazing!! Got lots of compliments. Very hard for me to get used to tho since I've never worn falsies to start with. The owner did my lashes, she was super personable! Also got my lashes removed here, they lasted longer then they said which is good but I wanted them off. Just one star off bc the lashes did pull my real lashes which I'm sure it's not bc of application but the fact that I tried to do it on my own before going back. If you get the party lashes go back to get them removed!!! My only advice. Or just get the real extensions applied. read more

I tried a recommendation in Tustin and while she was great at lashes her bedside manner was terrible. After 4 appts with her icy cold demeanor I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. I tried a popular place in newport, when I walked out the door, the wind practically blew off my lashes... Not good. Then! I found Janeiro!!! She is WONDERFUL. She's very very detailed and neat, no globby glue here. I feel like my lashes lasted a good two weeks, but I workout a lot and that tends to make them not last as long no matter what... Janeiro is very welcoming and has a kind personality, she makes you feel relaxed and her suite is lovely. It's a little hard to find so allow yourself time on your first appt. she books up well in advance so make sure you book ahead. I so glad I found a GREAT lash gal after several trial and errors.
