We were in Oneonta for a week for Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. We attempted to go here 3 times. Twice, we drove up and it was totally empty even though their hours said they were open online. When we came up, they were closed for a reservation. Once, we got in line and waited for 30 minutes and the line moved about 10ft total. We were still 20ft from the window. This is not a joke. If you want to try it, I would suggest checking their social media or calling in advance. There is no real schedule during baseball season and it can be an extremely frustrating experience. Service was decent but the salad bar was a mess - nothing labeled, bins empty, and nothing like a hot wet plate to put it on. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.
