I had two wonderful massages there (Haley is the best!), and I wish I had many more. They have a serious administrative issue. Of the three massages I booked, all 3 were canceled/rescheduled. Being in my third trimester with significant pelvic pain, massage is vital to my pregnancy journey. Scheduling these massages isn't a spa day or to treat myself -- this is therapy. I ultimately will not be coming back due to their administrative issues with keeping and rescheduling appointments. I understand once here and there and that people get sick, but every appointment for three months in a row has been problematic. It's a loss for them and for me! read more

Just had my first prenatal massage and it was wonderful. Melinda was so kind and helpful and gave me some great ideas for stretches to do at home that will help with some of my issues. The massage itself was incredible! So comfortable and relaxing and I definitely fell asleep. If you think it will be weird to lie on your side for a massage, it was not at all. I never said it was a spa or thought it was, just warned others to set expectations, as this is not a calming, relaxing, spa atmosphere. I did not research prior, as I mentioned, the massage was a gift. The core issues remain... question of safety, uncomfortable accommodations (hot, limited resources, rattling AC units drowning out supposed comforting music), checking out/paying with your massage person, lack of skill of massage personnel... Your rebuttal is a joke and offensive! Got my first ever prenatal massage here at 8.5 months pregnant and I wish I could go back every week it was so good! Haley was my massage therapist and she was awesome. She listened to what I needed and really made sure to target those areas. The place was super clean and comfortable which is just what I was hoping for. I loved that they keep you on your side for the entire massage with pillow supports. Haley checked in once in a while to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable which I really appreciated. I am usually fairly picky with the atmosphere and ambiance of the facilities, and did expect something closer to a spa so was a little hesitant upon walking in, but honestly Charity did such an amazing job it really didn't matter. The place is clean, quiet, and massage table is warm, they use variety of specialized oils and creams. So appearance is not everything!!
