An overall great experience. They took their time and made sure it was right. Started by offering me a beverage. I had a mani-pedi and they didn't them simultaneously with rush or push and pull. I received the paraffin wax on my hands and feet. My only suggestion would be that after the wax comes off, they take a towel and get as much off as possible before adding lotion. I did get a regular pedicure instead of gel and I wore my pedi shoes with separators but he moved so fast getting the regular separators in I ended up waiting for my feet to dry. I was visiting Dallas on a business trip and stayed at the Westin. Needed a quick manicure late at night. the nail spa was open until 8 pm and super close to the hotel. very convenient. i have very bad cuticles and the polish doesn't usually last longer than a couple of days. i don't like shellac or dipped nails so I asked for a regular Mani. The technician was very detailed and spent a long time cleaning up my cuticles. She was patient despite being late in a day. She did a great job and the polish stayed on even a week after! My pedicure turned out great. My star knock off is because they have a sign upfront that says they clean the stations between each customer (because of covid). I saw no one cleaning stations while I was there, atleast not in the massage chair/pedicure area. I got up from the chair after she was finished, water splatters all over from splashing the water on my feet, and she sat someone else in my chair immediately with no wiping down. I say if you are not going to follow your own rules, then remove the sign. read more

This salon is located on the third floor inside the Galleria near the center. I was overdue for a pedicure and decided to run here on my lunch because I work in the tower attached to the mall. When I arrived I was surprised at how busy they were in the middle of a weekday, but I was immediately placed in a chair and then had to wait for a bit until someone was available. I had mentioned that I was in a hurry for lunch, and asked a few times if they had time for me, and they kept telling me yes. I finally got someone and reiterated I really didn't have a lot of time so I needed a basic pedicure (french tip). I admit this may have given me a less than stellar experience, but I also ended up getting a pedicure for about 30 minutes which I feel is more than enough time for one? (I was also late coming back from lunch) I'd asked her to trim the nails, and instead she only used the file which means that only two weeks later I really needed another pedicure because my nails were too long. That's kind of frustrating considering I spent about $40 on it. She also did a really broad white strip for the french and when I pointed it out and asked her to make it smaller... she didn't. I gave up because I was in a hurry and left. There's so many other shops that are more friendly and better in general that I likely won't be back. read more

So I am not a big pedicure person I only get them when I am in pain...so today my toes where KILLING me and I thought it's right downstairs...super convenient I'll check it out....technician doesn't appear to speak English very well which isn't that uncommon. Pricing wise they are right online with the places around here. So I'm sitting in my chair and see something moving in the chair next to me...I look over and there is a roach on the foot bowl...I point it out to the technician proceeds to talk to another technician whilst laughing and looking at me....for this reason alone I do NOT recommend this place and I will definitely NOT be coming back! Convenient or not!!! I realize that while I am not eating here that is still very unacceptable for ANY establishment. To be fair the technician did a great job getting rid of the pain in my toes. The WORST PLACE TO GO TO! Please be aware that the products they use on your fingers are not good quality products they have ruined one of my finger nails and for as long as I've been doing my nails I NEVER WOULD THINK THAT THIS WOULD HAPPEN TO ME! They have created a fungus on my nail the worst thing that could happen at first I didn't know what was going on with my nail but as the months and the days went by I finally realized what was wrong with my nail. Convenient location if you need a quick manicure or pedicure. It was easy to make an appointment on a Saturday. Good polish selection. The manicure itself isn't great though- looks acceptable from a distance, but if you do more than glance you see that there is a lot of nail left without polish on the sides and streaks on multiple nails where it either required another coat or a more even application. My friend's manicure did look better than mine, so I think it's the luck of the draw here. read more

Location is convenient if you're in the mall....and it seems clean enough...and the massage & polish job was a good one.. but that's where my positive impression ends. The service is sub par and the price gouging is ridiculous. I came in and asked how much a pedi+gel polish would be= $28+$25. So I decided to do a regular polish. So now it's $28 + $5 (old gel polish removal) +$5 (cos I chose a polish with a silver cap which apparently indicates it's a 'premier' polish. Then after the service begins, and they've removed the polish..they try and get you to purchase enhancements such as callus remover, etc. The drier skin was easily removed during the pumice stone portion, as I knew it would be, so I decided against it. And you're given a menu at this time as well, so they can hopefully upgrade you from the $28 to another one (they go as high as $68). Here's what I didn't like: after refusing the option of an upgraded pedi and the enhancement, my nail tech and her colleague seated alongside her, proceeded to talk in Vietnamese about me. I know because of the body language, the fact that her colleague kept looking at me and they were just 'that obvious'. Prior to me, they were talking about the guest seated next to me who also commented about the prices compared to a place closer to her home here in Dallas. For the attitude, I've removed a few stars. I came here to 1. Get my nails done and 2. Relax. At least I got 1 thing accomplished. If I wasn't desperate, I wouldn't have come here. Having a spa or salon service is such an intimate experience, that if you're uncomfortable during the process... reguardless of the technical results, it just sucks. I have been here 3 times now. I wanted to give them a fair chance for everything. The first time I went it was during the week in the afternoon. They were not overly busy so I got a good treatment. I got a manicure and the highest pedicure they have. Total was over $100.00 ,but I give every thing a try when I can. I really enjoyed my time here and they did a great job. They even offer you water (bottled) or wine ,and something else if you so desire. So I went back again, this time it was a weekend day (Saturday). Not so great. I noticed the place was really dirty. They were not taking the time to clean anything up. It was just one person after another. I had to ask for a drink this time and I still spent about $60.00 getting a little different type of mani pedi this time. The girl really wanted to be somewhere else. She was looking all around the room ,talking to the other girls. This is when mistakes happen, and another reason, why I never let them cut me with the cutters they always want to use. Anyway, I gave them another try. I went back a 3rd time. I had my brows waxed ,the girl did a job but, I did have to remind her to wash her hands before she waxed me. In the future I will pass on waxing here, it is just not clean enough. I had a quick and simple mani pedi this time,because again they were so busy. I actually got a better one than the time I got the $60.00 one. They have a menu with everything listed on it. They state your health and safety first. It states you will get a free nail kit with every service that is yours to keep and no chance of infection. That never happened. I was there 3 times and never got any new nail file or anything else used on me for that fact. Not a bad place, but not great either. Certainly not clean. read more

My daughter and I were desperate to find somewhere to get a pedicure. I thought you can't go wrong at the mall. This was the most unsanitary nail spa ever. The employees all carried kaboodles carrying cases with their tools. The kaboodles were disgusting inside and the nail tools are just reused on customer after customer without being sanitized. There were dirty socks behind the pedicure chairs. It was too late by the time I realized what was going on. I just pray that we don't incur hepatitis or something.. I'm sure this is a prime breeding ground. The fact that they nickel and dime you for everything isnt even important. They charged extra to use primus stone.. But isn't that the point of the pedicure. I got the basic manicure done here, one color, nothing fancy. Tech was friendly and did a solid job. The salon also had a nice selection of OPI and Essie colors. But dear God, the upsell was absurd. The tech was still trying to upsell, even as she opened the lacquer bottle for the regular manicure.
