I was told they allowed it to be soaked off. I went in for a mani pedi. The woman who did my pedicure was very talkative. I'm not sure if she was licensed to be honest. She shaved the bottom of my foot to the point it was almost raw. It was very uncomfortable for days. The polish paint was not the best. It was a bit clumpy and one had an air bubble which ended up chipping. I'm very particular when it comes to my fingernails. I asked about the soak off and they said yes however they did end up using the file to remove the polish which was frustrating. Polish on my nails was decent but not the best. A few fingers were a little clumpy. For $115 plus tip I expected better. Try at your own risk.

I decided to change colors and the owner BLEW A TANTRUM! He PUT me out the shop with my feet wet. They hadn't started the pedicure but he had a hair up his ass about something or maybe it was my race. I've never had a business owner become so un-hinged over a simple request to change a color before any polish was done. Also, most of the polish is thick and old, so this makes one have "thick" gel nails. This place is toxic because it appears from the past reviews these folks are not happy or customer centric.
