We're from the local NY area and have been searching for good Indian for so long and we found it in Westport! We love The Naan and look forward to it every time we're in the area. The best butter chicken and tikka masala and saag paneer and chicken chili, everything on the menu is amazing. The owners are so kind and we always leave full. Take out or dine in, it's all good!

This was from the first time we went. Butter chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry. Sampler plate

Loveeee this place!!! The butter chicken and garlic naan is to die for. The staff goes above and beyond. This is our go to place

We ordered the most expensive thing on the menu, the "rack of lamb", and were really disappointed it was just three lamb chops, other than that the food is okay. My vindaloo was pretty greasy and the meat was tough so I cannot recommend.

First time trying Indian food and this place was amazing! Our server was very polite and helped us decide what to get. Delicious food, great prices and exceptional services!! You must try the naan basket that has 4 varieties in it. SO GOOD!!!

Came here the other night because I bought a Groupon for this restaurant. Omg I can't say enough good things about it! The service was great, the food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself is just a nice setting. We didn't wanna stop eating! We ordered the Chicken-65 and the Aaloo Tikki Chaat for appetizers- amazing and generous portion sizes. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Vindaloo for his meal and I got the Chicken Madras. We ordered Chicken Keema Naan also which was very well made. We had enough to take home and eat for lunch the next day! Couldn't resist ordering a dessert to go. Ordered the Kheer which was a great snack at the end of the night. So yummy! Can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu!

Had a good, very flavorful chicken lunch special at a fair price with friendly service. Can't ask for much more!

The portions are quite generous. Now for the food. We started with Moroccan Cigars; Merguez wrapped in phyllo, very yummy. I had the Eggs Sophie; crispy potato latkes, smoked salmon, top with sunny side eggs and a small salad. The Avocado Toast with sunny side eggs, feta cheese on a multigrain toast was delicious. Shakshuka ( regular or spicy) careful with the spicy, eggs, peppers, feta, cilantro with stewed tomatoes was equally delicious. The Schnitzel and waffles delicious, copious serving. No room for desert. They have a full bar. There a children's menu. Definitely will go back.

STAY AWAY: An Insult to Israeli Cuisine and Common Sense…read moreRating: 0/5 Stars As an Executive Chef and an Israeli citizen, I am rarely speechless, but "Blondit" managed to achieve a level of stupidity beyond comprehension. Let's start with the name. In Hebrew, blondinit is often used as a derogatory shorthand for a shallow, vacuous, or "clueless" woman. It is incredibly fitting that the owners chose this name, as it perfectly reflects the restaurant's operational philosophy: total, unadulterated ignorance. The entire experience was an exercise in deception. This isn't just a bad kitchen; it's a "fake" restaurant. They have no understanding of the ingredients they are handling or the culture they claim to represent. The menu is a work of fiction. What you order is never what arrives because the kitchen staff clearly doesn't know what they are making or selling. The "Food": A Culinary Disaster * The "Cigars": The menu promised delicate Moroccan cigars in crisp phyllo dough. What arrived were heavy, leaden, grease-soaked eggrolls. * The Lamb Burger: This was a masterclass in how not to cook. The meat was over-processed to the point of having the texture of "guppy poop" and was salted so heavily it was borderline toxic. * The Halloumi Fiasco: They topped the burger with Halloumi--a squeaky, salty cheese that does not melt. Placing a cold, rubbery slab of salt on top of an already oversalted, mushy patty shows a fundamental lack of basic culinary knowledge. The Environment: A Health Hazard If the food wasn't insulting enough, the atmosphere was stomach-turning. While I was attempting to navigate the inedible mess on my plate, there were kids vomiting in the dining area. Multiple children were getting sick, and the staff acted as if it were a routine occurrence. No one cared, no one rushed to clean it properly, and no one seemed concerned about the obvious health risks. I should have taken the vomiting children as a warning sign. I left the restaurant feeling ill and ended up getting violently sick from the few bites I actually managed to swallow. This place is an embarrassment to Israeli hospitality. It is fake food run by people with zero understanding of cooking. Save your money, save your stomach, and stay far away from this disaster. I will never return.

Had a great lunch at Zucca Gastrobar in Westport…read more We started with bread, then moved on to the crab cakes appetizer, made with jumbo lump crab and served over a jalapeño aioli with mixed greens. Fresh, light, and just the right amount of kick. The eggplant rollatini, filled with ricotta, mozzarella, parmigiano, spinach, and pomodoro sauce, was super comforting and packed with flavor. For mains, the homemade lasagna really delivered. House-made pasta layered with rich bolognese and creamy béchamel, topped with parmesan and fontina. It was hearty without feeling too heavy. Portions were generous, the food was consistently excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Two spots were taken away to enable outdoor seating ENTRANCE - it is early so the bar tender quickly greeted us and took us to a table. Actually we are the only ones here. MENU - lots of categories and definitely gastro pub geared but other than the appetizers it's 100% an Italian offering The layout of the menu is like a restaurant ECCO in Trumbull. SERVICE - we came early so we got the pleasure of the bartender and the waitress serving us. Must have to do with the splits on tips LOL BATHROOM - very nice and very clean. There are two in the back that are both unisex, just so u know MUSIC - have to add a note here. The sound system features some older but popular songs but the spin is an unknown to me artist that makes her own spin on the songs. Pretty good but I'm no expert APPETIZERS - I tried the crab cakes as a comparison to other places. Their plate used lump crab with very light breading that was Great! I've had better sauces with crab cakes but the small greens that came with it were the bomb to say the least ENTREES - my wife had the gluten free pizza with the short rib toppings. Although a little overcooked it was very good. I had the chicken scarpillio that was excellent. What I enjoyed was that for the red hot peppers they infused the heat in the sauce with very few small shavings of red pepper for texture. The chicken was different as well with a crispy skin coating as opposed to cooked in the sauce. Mikey liked it! DESERT - didn't engulfed so let me know what u think LOL PRICE - if there is a rub this is it. For two people with a couple of drinks the damage was $134 and with a decent tip $162.

In addition to the regular poke bowls, the Westport Pokeworks also featured several cooked options. We enjoyed the char teriyaki salmon plate but the favorites are always the tuna poke bowls. We are not embarrassed to admit that our custom bowls are filled with almost every topping they generously offer. It's just so good. Even our mom, who initially didn't want to go for the poke version, ended up very happy to share our entrees once she sampled them. The only thing I missed at this location where the kale noodles that another offers.
