Marble rye is hard not to burn and they did a good job for the most part, but I tasted more crust than I did pastrami, and for $18 I wonder if this sandwich was more a charge for the hype. It was beyond lunch time and I hadn't eaten at all, so I looked around as we drove and saw the sign for this place. I love a good deli sandwich so I asked my husband to pull in and let me run in. It was a Wednesday afternoon and after lunch, so there were only a few people inside. Upon entering, I went in a door that was at a dessert counter. There were few cupcakes and treats in the case, so I quickly went on past to find the counter to order a sandwich. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and took my order quickly. I chose a hot ham and cheese sandwich with bbq potato chips and a fountain drink. The order took about 7 or 8 minutes to be prepared and brought to me in a box to the table where I sat and waited. There was seating outside by the river/creek(?) I believe and then there was seating inside. It looks like it was once another restaurant or some other establishment taht they have transformed into this deli. Don't let the looks of the inside deter you, though! The food was phenomenal! My sandwich was so delicious! I have made note that if ever in the area again, I will be back!
