He asked if he could leave to pick up his kids and we didn't hear from him until I texted 3 hours later and it took another hour for him to arrive. In all it took from 9:45 am to 6:30 pm to hang 3 sheets in our half bath. I pointed out a very noticeable seam but he said it should dry. Also, we have to trim every wall and the ceiling around the paper due to sanding. The next day, once we had better light we could also see several bubbles. Matt was a nice guy but I would not use him or this company again. The price was also much higher than my previous quote. Update: I sent pictures of the completed job to Rob, he offered to redo the entire job at no charge however due to time constraints I could not. He did reimburse me for 1/2 of what we paid however. :)

Unfortunately this project didn't have the same outcome. Decker and his assistant cut two panels too short and tried to splice in the bottom pieces. I asked Decker to explain the cuts and splicing and his response was that he couldn't do anything about it and told me to call another installer. The crazy part of this whole situation is that we had enough material left over for him to reinstall the panels but he refused to come back and fix the mistake. He then proceeded to block my number and took zero responsibility for the mistake. I would think twice before hiring Williams Wallcovering for your install.
