Even though they were closed, an employee named Terry ran out and over a street to my car and helped us put on a spare even after his shift was over. He gave us advice about the car and made sure we were safe once we left. After we came back the next day got our tire replaced within 1 hour. They dry fresh paint outdoors with dust and rain. They apply paint on dirt, so it is impossible to wash afterwards. They spray paint on windows and mirrors adjacent to the areas that need to be painted. They sand the areas of the car that don't need to be fixed and then they say "I didn't do it! It was like this when you brought it!" No communication, you never know if the car is going to be ready when they say to come pick it up. And they give you their business cards so you can tell your friends what a good job they do! Man, if you think this is a good job, what does it say about your standards?
