These ladies did a good job. I've had them clean my house twice and both times they did an excellent job. You can point out areas of your house that need extra attention and they'll focus on those but still do a good job with the rest of the house. They're friendly. For the most part use their own products but I'm sure they would be sensitive to allergies. I highly recommend them. read more

I was not super impressed with the cleaning. I walked in an immediately saw dust on top of my front table. The kitchen counters had large water spots, and nothing on the counter had been moved/cleaned/wiped at all. My room did not look like they did much of anything - virtually dust on the top of the armoire (which is right at eye level at 5'6") and my dresser was the same. Bathroom shaving cream smear on the shower wall still there. I knew they had been there, but if i am paying for a cleaning company i expect them to do a professional job, not an on-the-fly I did it myself in a hurry look. read more

I was matched with "The Mopsters" by "Cleaning for a Reason" (877-337-3348), a service that matches women undergoing treatment for breast cancer with cleaning companies who are willing to aid them by providing a free housecleaning. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. "The Mopsters" exceeded my expectations in every regard. I was so physically and emotionally exhausted from treatment that housecleaning was the last thing I could worry about (or afford). I was happy to have any kind of help at all and since they were volunteering their services for free, I didn't have very high expectations. But my house was deep-cleaned and left spotless and polished, every nook and cranny, baseboards, fans, the whole shebang. I did not have to supply any products, only asked to prioritize what I would like done. I Not only did the Mopsters volunteer to help someone in need, they provided the same level of service as they would to a paying customer and even refused a tip. Also, I feel it important to note that it was easy to schedule an appointment, and I felt completely at ease leaving my house unattended while the cleaning was taking place because I had to go to a medical appointment. I had Mopsters come and do a Deep Clean on their initial visit. The 2 ladies that came did an amazing job. I was so happy that I even tipped them in addition to the fee that I paid to Mopsters. My plan was to continue having Mopsters clean my house once per month from that point. The 2 ladies that came for my next appt were 20 min late (different ladies than the 1st time), and they told me that they couldn't fully finish my cleaning unless I paid for an additional half hour. I said no, just clean what you can and leave at the originally scheduled time. I spoke to Tracy, who checked with her employees. I was told that they checked in for work on that day 10 minutes earlier than they actually came to my door. I was angry, but asked for my next appt to be with the original 2 ladies. On that appt day, 20 min after they were to arrive, I called Tracy because I hadn't heard from them or seen them yet. She wanted to call them to see what was going on, but I told her based on my experiences with her company, I was cancelling and not going to use them again. read more

I have been using The Mopsters for several years and I am very happy with their service. They are fast, efficient and thorough. Not to mention their cost is very affordable. What I will highlight about their service is I really like the way they do the little extra touches that are not necessary but very nice. For example, the first time they came I walked into my clean bathroom (that I was so happy I did not have to clean myself) and noticed the end of the toilet paper roll was folded into this pretty fan.
