Turns up Wednesday is a type of freestyle night, rotating menu, great idea and a way to test out new menu ideas. The building looks like an old style Meetinghouse that has been converted to a restaurant. It has a variety of pictures, one showing his wife posing with The Lost Kitchen chef.
