You take a flight! Small towns make walking around easy. My family went antiquing, and I waltzed on over to the local brewery. Walking in, it was still early afternoon. There is a massive parking lot for retail outside. The brewery has a patio out front, and ample seating inside. I chatted up a local fella at the bar for a bit. He put me onto the Pioneer Porter, which was very tasty. My favorite was the Creekside Warmer, an 8.3% Winter brew. Very tasty. The ramblers Amber and the Coyotes Call were very good too. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and chatty. They have events throughout the week, and Mimosas for those so inclined! There is a food menu, but I did not partake in the chewables. Pricing was good too, can't complain. If I find myself out in those parts again, I'd be back!

Wear Shorts Schwartz (schwarzbier) was good as was Coyotes Call (Dark Lager). Both easy drinking that the masses can enjoy. Oh, Rhinestone Kolsch Boy as well fit the same profile. All 3 chill beers. USA 250 (Strong Ale) hit a home run! Nice, smooth beer that would a "sneak attack" if one did not notice the punch hidden in the easily liked flavor profile. A nice surprise of the group. Smoke Signals Bamberg (Smoked Lager) was ok however it had no smoke notes; so while good as a beer, it was a style mismatch of sorts. Azacca Hazy (Single Hop Hazy) was ok. It didn't phone home and it blended into the mix. Good for the masses and maybe a pass for the hop heads in the group. Overall a chill place that is worth a try.

Not like most sours. Jalepeno Cream Ale is ok and not overpowering. It is a niche style and opinions will be broad. Cyber Donk Hazy IPA. A good Hazy with a little bit of bittering hop in there. Interesting hop mix. You Shall Not Mash New Zealand IPA. Had a lot of flavors in the profile. Too many? That's up to you. MILF Stout (Gold in TxCraft)- Milk Stout that fits the style. Interesting brew that is good, yet different. I want to try it again and compare notes. East of Zealand Sour (Kiwi kumquat). Another nice one that you should try. Mild sour notes and flavorful refreshing brew! Food: 4+ Both the Ruben and Bold/Spicy Burger were good! We had sweet potato fries and they too on point. All seemed fresh and no issues had.

We were excited to come back to 3West when they finally reopened after the tornado, but…read moreunfortunately our first trip back had room for improvement. My Think Pink drink was good, but overpriced. They don't have prices on the cocktail menu, and this felt more like a $9 drink than the $12 it turned out to be. My husband's beer was very well priced, I thought, at $6.50 for an IPA. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It wasn't tossed in buffalo sauce, just unevenly drizzled on top so the full sandwich wasn't covered. He asked for a side of sauce to finish the job and we were charged $0.50 for it. He was also charged $0.50 for a side of ranch for his fries. In general, I just don't agree with charging for condiments. I had the Alehouse Burger and it was fine. It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.

Decent beer selection. I'd come back another time as they have a lot of beer, some mixed drinks and what seemed to be a pretty big menu ! Big place. Lots of seating. Lots of TVs. It has been open longer than I have been alive. This is a very local hang out with many very close regulars. But they don't bite. As I am moderately amused by most things in life, I like the chill ambiance. Rustic with operational doors, soap dispenser and hand towel machine for the ladies restroom. Yes, that's a big deal. Things to know: 1) Beer only but.... 2) BYOLiquor and get charged a fee for it? Or there's soft drinks you can purchase? I have not really ever figured that out. 3) There is nothing over $4 and there is a Thirsty Thursdays discount. 4) The jukebox plays everything but be careful what you pick! Some songs just shouldn't be played here. 5) There is one pool table and it does get used. 6) They do gladly accept cash but you can pay by credit card. 7) If you're looking for barbecue, it's a tan building to the right of Honeycutt's as you're looking in from Airport. 8) You can eat your barbecue here. But you still have to go get it yourself, lazy. 9) Don't piss off the owner or the bartender. If you don't know. You better ask somebody! Or just try it out!
