I like the concept, but it is not budget friendly. My initial foot in the door order was bread, milk and eggs. I didn't think about it till after the fact but canceled the eggs but was still charged. I paused my orders for months because I really didn't need anything from here that I couldn't get up the road. I ended up dwindling down to just eggs and last week made the mistake of forgetting to pause.. so for $15 I got a dozen eggs, although my bank statement shows $8. I did like the selection of menu items despite not ever ordering anything. Wish I took pictures of my orders, but going to settle for a couple screenshots of menu items, specifically in hopes of not having the steak as the main picture. I did cancel my subscription ultimately for lack of use. But still will brows through and if I have guests staying with me I'll think about ordering something. Support your local farms! read more

- once they delivered the wrong item - multiple different deliveries had missing items - they consistently leave the empty glass bottles (that they're supposed to take) - final straw was they placed the delivery bags (with 5 glass bottles of drinks) right outside my screen door. Blocking my elderly mother into the home. The items were outside for hours in the summer heat. They have not agreed to refund me. Great concept. Good taste. I liked the eco friendly glass bottles idea but what's the point if they won't pick them up. I also liked the ingredients were not overly processed. Watch yourself with these folks. To be completely fair their products are lovely. But their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I had a delivery issue and I complained they never responded at all and there is no telephone customer service, only email. I like the product so I stuck with it anyway-anyone can have a bad day, right? So the other day my order didn't come and I emailed right away, especially since they had sent me a notice that the delivery had been made in the early morning. I did not hear anything until the next day when they apologized and gave me a credit but explained they didn't actually have enough stock to have made the delivery. Really? Then why send me a notice to say they had delivered the item? Why not call me and offer me a credit or an alternative. Surely they knew they didn't have sufficient stock for all the customers and they obviously identified those customers that would be stiffed. If I had not emailed I wouldn't have gotten a credit either. Recently they expanded and raised their prices. Take from that what you will, and I hope you have a better experience than I did. read more

I've been a customer for a while and have been very patient with mistakes and skipped deliveries. I've now run out of patience as my last three deliveries were made without an ice pack (they used ice ALL winter) and the driver doesn't close the zipper cooler. Door salesmen showed up after 7PM. Decided to give it a try. Pressured us into placing an order for a discount and said we can change things out before the order was delivered. Ordered six half gallons of milk. Wanted to try the cream line so I swapped one of the six out. Was charged an additional $10. Delivery fee plus the cost of the creamline 1/2 gallon which I was just swapping out. Cancelled before anything was even delivered. $50. For 3 gallons of milk is absurd! Overcharged! read more

We signed up for this service, in two months they got my order wrong 4 times. 2 times it was missing items (out of 3-4 items per week), two times they did not deliver my order, but charged me for it. They claim its all automated, but after I cancelled they went and charged my card, and didn't deliver again! This is a con. No customer service. Auto-repeat billing. High-prices, so-so quality. The website will create you a login which will never work. The forgot password prompts will not work. There customer service will not help you get into the account or update any orders. Poor Service! My order was left on the floor of the lobby of my building. The delivery directions state to leave in front of my unit door. This was my fourth delivery. The excuse was that the driver cannot leave the truck that long. The other deliveries were all left in front of my door. We drink a lot of milk in this house, and I love that the glass bottles get reused. Plus the milk tastes way better than anything you can get in the store. MM came door to door and I signed up. The products were great especially their chocolate milk and eggnog. They changed the way you order and everything went downhill from there. I had a couple of times where orders were left on my doorstep in 100 degree weather just to go in the trash! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There is no communication in this company. I have since stopped their service and have been waiting two weeks for the empty bottles to be picked up. They are going for recycling. Tonight I had to make a special trip to the grocery store for the 15 items that MM was missing in today's order. We have been customers of weekly service with upwards of $800 in monthly purchases. They charged us $112.30 for 1 quart of lemonade. They said they would reimburse us in 7-10 days? The products are great! customer service SUCKS! They farmed out the complaint line to a call center not from this country. There is a language barrier. Needless to say steer clear of this outfit. Have only been using the service for a couple of weeks, but so far we've been very impressed! We have yet to find anything we did not like and almost everything we absolutely loved. The Skyr yogurt is amazing. The eggnog and the coffee milk-- so good! We've had, milk, eggs hickory smoked bacon, smoked mozzarella, Swiss wecka bread, pudding, granola, and muffins.
