Dr. Rena Adhut is an excellent provider! I'll be headed back for my third visit today, but that first visit brought such relief. Just the spine stretchy thing and the slight manipulations were heaven. I experienced the expected soarness, but slept significantly better that evening. I've already referred this provider to a few work colleagues already too because they too could use some relief from the neck and shoulder tightness, headaches, and back pain/stiffness. I kidd you not, this was long over due and I was legit shrinking bc of my spine, so now I'm back to my full height haha! and even my sunken clavicle is almost back in it's correct place. I am a yoga teacher and am aware of taking care of my body but I have the type of musculature & connective tissue that benefits from chiropractic tune-ups. i've come here once/month or weekly if I have a flare-up. i'm trying to come in more frequently as a preventative measure, when i am out of alignment and in pain it can disrupt my work and daily activities. I've never felt any sales pressure to buy a package or keep coming back, unless it's recommended for my bpdy or they're just letting me know about an option to save money. INSURANCE: i appreciate they take my insurance. TIP: if you're paying out of pocket get a discounted prepay package and ask if they're offering any black friday or new patient specials. i don't know if they still are on groupon but that's where I initially found Dr Babcock. TIP: take advantage of the 9-minute stim treatment, with heat or ice, before or after your adjustment. if i'm really tight i'll do stim beforehand to get a better adjustment. no one asked me to write this. this review is 100% coming from me. 60 years old. I enjoy the temporary relief it offers. Which for the most part getting cracked offers TEMPORARY relief. I took advantage of their $29 first time adjustment. I was sorely disappointed. There was zero cracks. Every single crack was done through a drop table. There was no relief. This is opposite to what I've had in the past. My preferred form of adjustment is manual with hands and no presence of a dropping table. In my opinion the drop table was lazy. It provided no relief. The only time I got a "manual" crack was my shoulders and below my neck. Felt like a waste of money.
