It's called a pulled-pork burrito- it has pulled pork, coleslaw, fiesta rice and cheddar cheese all rolled up inside a tortilla, and it's just one of those things that once you taste it, you have to have more. It's not spicy, not at all- it's kind of smoky, but the sweetness of the coleslaw and the sauce really helps bring it together. It was served with tortilla chips with queso and salsa, both of which were pleasantly spicy- there's not really that much heat behind them, but you'll get a slight zing. Granted, the food is rather expensive- the burrito will run you ten dollars, so it's not really budget food, but at the same time, it's worth it. Maybe make it a once-a-week thing, maybe two times if you want to indulge. But, really, where else are you going to find handmade pulled pork and everything else?
