So for full time RVers that need WiFi for work this is not the spot for you. The spot is so close to town you would think that if they really offered these things they would work. This is not a remote campsite . Bottom line you want to be close to Main Street and downtown this is the place for you . If you are a full timer who pays to stay in town for the WiFi this is not for you

Location A+ I want to share the good first, so I will continue with that. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, everyone respected the quiet and guests were respectful. All the RV spots are pull through so no fighting with your spouse on backing up your camper. - haha. It was nice to have a pool (although they should really extend their hours and stay open later-8pm pool close is too early when the sun is still cooking. Now for the not so good- where to start :( The staff was never around when folks seemed to need them- I always saw people looking for someone who worked there. The women's bathroom was just unreal how gross it was. I truly think the only thing the staff did daily was empty the trash and refill toilet paper and one of the two paper towel dispensers. Never once cleaned or attempted to clean any of the three showers, sinks or toilet's. The little store they have closed nightly at 7, sometimes sooner. Which really wasn't convenient if you wanted a treat after dinner like an ice cream or adult beverage. You really have to plan ahead. We just went to town, but would have rather supported the camp ground and stayed there. Overall - this could be an AMAZING place. Just needs more staff, and a little more TLC- We would go back if we heard of improvements.

What we did NOT like: 1) Upon arrival we found that our towels were not folded, but in a pile on a table in the bathroom which led us to question if they were clean. 2) Long black hairs in the bathtub. 3) Garbage on the night stand table. 4) Only two paper coffee cups in the room, even though we were booked for three nights. 5) No stir sticks or spoons in which to stir in the creamer, sugar, or hot chocolate. 6) The Keurig was broken (replaced the second day upon our request.) 7) We asked for more towels, the morning of the second day, they did not bring any. We asked for towels again on the third day, but never received them. One hour before check out the onsite manager apologized for not getting us towels and offered them to us as we were packing the car. 8) We were told there were bikes that we could use, but both bikes had flat tires and rusted chains making them inoperable. 9) Lack of accountability- we called the number provided to let them know about the broken Keurig and need for towels. We were given a different number to send a text message to about the issues. When they only replaced the Keurig, we texted the again about not getting any towels and they texted us back saying we should text the original number. There were two different people involved and neither one wanted to take responsibility to address our concerns. We would never consider renting from this Moab Nightly Rentals again.

Add a big bed, cheesy closet sticking out into the space, 2 end tables, suitcase stand, small refer, overstuffed chair and a table. Can't even walk past each other w/o turning sideways or sitting on bed. Trash Dumpsters (big 4x8 metal ones) at junk store right next door 30 feet away are dumped at 5AM by big trucks with the bright spinning light bars blazing. Crazy loud lots of banging. This stupidity lasts 5-10 minutes. All going on only 30 feet from room -you will not sleep thru it. Happened twice in three days. We left early. Becky would not refund last nite. The only reason to rent this room would be if you were chasing the "Spend the Most/Get the Least" prize with the additional bonus of a bad experience - it's a winner.

I feel she's the worst realtor I ever worked with; I flipped many properties previously. It is my opinion that I felt guided to overprice my Condo by about $255,000 (actual sell price was $525k) because I truly wanted to trust her expertise that I felt she boasted along with her decades of experience and realtor jargon that they can get too comfortable speaking and leading to misguidance. I felt with my place being qualified to remain a short term rental investment property per Moab's moritium, the ROI would not be warranted by any investor until hitting maybe 7-8% ROI; if someone wanted a primary residence, I felt it was overpriced alot due to being classified as an investment property. I felt she was disrespectful and quick to anger on a few occasions when what felt like yelling and more vulgar language toward me ensued. I felt she needed to calm down but it didn't happen and thusly, I believe calls were hung up on and not disconnected two times. I encouraged in what I view as an apology to me more than once and shared what I believe as truth in what Jesus would do in encouraging repentance and apologize to me. On one occasion where traffic or something interfered, I perceived what appeared to be an apology for that, but the big one needed in my opinion being of her character affecting me, there were none apparent to me. Due to these regards, it appears to me her pride is big and that she may even be a narcisisist due to these perceived unprofessional behaviors. It didn't appear to me she followed my instructions on what I wanted said to buyers' agents. She didn't come across to me as really knowing the market there and I feel very much misled. Communication started out ok in my opinion, but as our business relationship strained esp in the latter months, I feel she became almost nonexistent with greater delays. Before this great strain, someone may be asking "why did you reup with her?" I am out of state and didn't want to deal with finding another-I was really bogged down with other aspects in my life too and I thought "It's gotta sell soon, just hang in there." Someone else may not think so but in my flipping experience with many involved realtors, all this was very stressing, frustrating, offending, and annoying! I feel she is not someone that can be relied on especially if things get off the normal, more typical track. If I could give 0 stars, that would be it.

Also when you you try to leave they do all sorts on unethical things like charging for rentals they had booked and moved that were well after giving required notice to leave per contract.
