Hotel front desk gave his number and he did reply me at 10:20pm, such a late time. Then we drove inside to the park and pull the car out and it was already 0:30 am. Traveling in the west, long road, few existence of human civilization, and it is easy to have the feeling of loneliness and smallness, in awe of nature. The shuttle itself is is a great ride! not only clean but a smooth ride which up those dirt roads is saying something! The bikes are loaded on carefully and they ensure there is no way of damage / rubbing on the way up. The ride itself was like a guided tour of the views, with insights into the area and trails plus the "give me your trash dont leave it up there" means the leave no trace ethos starts straight away. Having tried other shuttles before this is one is the only one we use now, its a keeper!

As many have mentioned this is a cowboy style dinner that you eat in a banquet hall before the ride. The food was all you can eat eat, and the staff were more than accommodating. However, the food was just average to poor. The meat was dry, and the BBQ sauce was just ridiculously sweet. Basic salad, corn, very dry rolls, canned beans and a dessert that was about two bites of a cobbler with a squirt of whipping cream. We barely touched it. The boat ride was great. We loved being on the water really enjoyed hearing the story about the history of Moab. The lights did bring a unique perspective to the rocks which against the night sky. We were lucky that the sky was completely dark and great night for stars. I would've liked to have learned more about the constellations since this is such a great place to stargaze. Overall I'm glad we did it. It was a fun activity, But for the price and the taste of the food I'm not so sure if it was worth the price. I like how it is a family run business . I would suggest improving your menu such as updating the food. It sounds like the menu has been the same for a while and it's kind of tired. it may help to update your recorded presentation to something a little bit more current , and maybe add some constellation information. I think you have a good thing going, but it could really use a fresh update.

He was there within the time he said he'd be and got us back to our car as quickly as could be expected given our location. His shuttle is comfortable and the guy is just one of those people who can be best friends with anyone. His service is fully customizable for whatever your adventure requires so late night pick ups?
