We have used Porcupine a few times now when we have been to Moab, each time Kacey has kept us up to date on drop off's and how high up they are going so there is no dissapointment, but luckily its been to the top everytime. The shuttle itself is is a great ride! not only clean but a smooth ride which up those dirt roads is saying something! The bikes are loaded on carefully and they ensure there is no way of damage / rubbing on the way up. The ride itself was like a guided tour of the views, with insights into the area and trails plus the "give me your trash dont leave it up there" means the leave no trace ethos starts straight away. Having tried other shuttles before this is one is the only one we use now, its a keeper! read more

We've used Porcupine Shuttle Co the last two times we went to Moab to ride and have been delightfully surprised with how great they are. Bryan is super communicative and responsive if you have any questions. He is also happy to get you some group photos at drop-off and help you plan your ride if you need the help. I can't emphasize enough how much better he is than all the other shuttles in the area. This last trip we even wanted to add a last minute shuttle in and he was willing to get up extra early to do an extra private shuttle before the standard scheduled shuttles for us! It was my first time shuttling to The Porcupine Rim Trail and I got very lucky with Porcupine Shuttle. The van was very comfortable considering how rough the road was to the trailhead. JERRY was very helpful with tips on the trail before we left. I shuttled to Mag 7 the day before with another outfit with Vanagons that were very uncomfortable and the prices were more for the same ride. Top notch service. Uses real Thule racks, not the cruddy crank-arm-scraping ones that the other guys in town use. The vans are comfortable and cool, and the driver will spend the entire time telling you what you need to know about the local trails.. Been shuttling Moab for years and used many companies prior. This was my first trip with Porcupine and I am impressed enough to write some reviews. They seemed more organized and "on the ball" than some of the other but the real reason I am sold is that they treated my bike like it was their own bike. They were careful during the load and drove carefully on the bumpy roads. Other companies treat my $$$ bike as if it were a rental bike and race up to the top like a Strava segment. These guys, Porcupine, were more professional and seriously concerned for my bike and experience. Our driver had long dreads (forgot his name) and apart from his understanding and care for the bikes he stayed around to answer questions and take photos - super chill and helpful guy! I know he had another shuttle afterwards and that we got off to a late departure so he must have sped home but for the clients he was friendly, careful, and chill. Very rude non customer friendly driver last week. Her name was Erin. You better have exact change in cash or you will be walking. Actually was going to keep the extra $5 that I handed her out of $30 because it was my responsibility to have exact change. Most of the ride up she was talking about a new business (B&B) she was starting and how most of the lodges and hotels in Moab are rip offs. Could care less. Also how Carbon Fiber bikes are to expensive and why would anyone be so stupid to own one. I own two so really felt good about my bikes after the ride up. She topped off her rants with issues on hunting and guns. Not really my thing but one of the other guys on the van was a hunter and he was pissed when we got off. We tried Coyote shuttle the next day, better vibe and more fun. read more

I'm friends with most of the owner operator drivers in town but Brian is five star top notch. He is a jolly good fellow, and his vans are new.
