My 17-year-old went in saying she couldn't be scared... and by the end she was laughing saying, "Okay, you got me at least 5 times!" The scenery was breathtaking, and the rappelling was genuinely thrilling -- scary in the best way, and a real confidence builder for the kids. Our guide Devin was fantastic -- especially when one of our kids got nervous. Devin stepped in with calm encouragement, and that kid ended up having a blast and walking away so proud of themselves. We felt safe the entire time. Highly recommended!

A lot of fun. The…read morebooking process was simple, and communication was great--everything from confirmation to a helpful reminder with clear meeting details. We were taken up in a large all-terrain vehicle, which added a fun start to the experience. Choosing the 11:00 time slot was perfect--it meant a smaller group, less waiting, and more time to explore afterward. The ride up felt like a mini tour with incredible views and interesting insights along the way. Our group of eight was the perfect size, especially compared to some of the larger groups we saw. Instructions were clear. You are also able to clip in with a harness while watching others jump--great for taking photos of friends with you. Before each jump, the team carefully double-checked harnesses and made sure everyone felt confident and safe. Loved the pull back up, peaceful and quiet. Fun crew, with just enough sarcasm.

My vehicle broke down the day…read morebefore our scheduled jet boat tour, and I had to deal with getting it down from the mountain so it would not be left there blocking anyone or creating a problem. This was a real emergency, not a last-minute change of plans for convenience. I contacted the company to reschedule, but instead of showing any understanding, they charged me a rescheduling fee that essentially made me pay double for the same tour. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but charging a customer extra in a situation like this feels unreasonable and unfair. A company's customer service is tested when something goes wrong. In my case, there was no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt to find a fair solution. I would not book again and recommend that others ask very clearly about rescheduling fees and emergency exceptions before paying. Boat riders very cool, thanks guys, no qestions about.

Parking is free, mostly dog-friendly, and outside of the National Parks. We did this 5 mile hike on a partly cloudy morning in June 2024. We got to the trailhead around 7am and took our time heading up to the Lookout. It sprinkled a little about a half hour in, so we found a cave like overhang to take a break. This trail is mostly uphill on the way in, and has at least two, very steep sections, rock stairs, one ladder, and you have to be sure not to lose the trail as some sections are not easily identifiable. We took about an hour and half going in, spent about 30 minutes at the lookout, and powered through the hour back in partial sun. It was the perfect length hike for me, with the right incline. Like any trail in Moab, be sure to bring lots of water and dress for the climate.
