As many have mentioned this is a cowboy style dinner that you eat in a banquet hall before the ride. The food was all you can eat eat, and the staff were more than accommodating. However, the food was just average to poor. The meat was dry, and the BBQ sauce was just ridiculously sweet. Basic salad, corn, very dry rolls, canned beans and a dessert that was about two bites of a cobbler with a squirt of whipping cream. We barely touched it. The boat ride was great. We loved being on the water really enjoyed hearing the story about the history of Moab. The lights did bring a unique perspective to the rocks which against the night sky. We were lucky that the sky was completely dark and great night for stars. I would've liked to have learned more about the constellations since this is such a great place to stargaze. Overall I'm glad we did it. It was a fun activity, But for the price and the taste of the food I'm not so sure if it was worth the price. I like how it is a family run business . I would suggest improving your menu such as updating the food. It sounds like the menu has been the same for a while and it's kind of tired. it may help to update your recorded presentation to something a little bit more current , and maybe add some constellation information. I think you have a good thing going, but it could really use a fresh update.

Luckily, these buggies are incredible machines that can handle so much more than you'd ever expect. Our family really enjoyed our time with Alex on a recent stargazing tour. We could tell he was…read morereally passionate about the cosmo and the history of the land and people of this region. He is full of information and a great storyteller. Our group ranged from 8 years old to people in their 80s with different astronomy backgrounds and Alex was able to keep it engaging and entertaining for everyone. My 8 year old is now planning his science fair project from something that he learned from Alex! It's important to be flexible as weather doesn't always cooperate. We thought we had the perfect plan since it was new moon but it turned out to be cloudy and windy on most of the nights we were in Moab. Alex tried his best to reschedule us for the better forecasted days and he chose a spot that was shielded from the winds. There were still some clouds on the night we went but he shuffled his plans aroundto show us things that were not covered. We saw star clusters, nebulas, and planets on his telescope but the highlight was seeing Jupiter and its moons high resolution. He was patient and gave everyone time to adjust their eyes on the telescope to made sure everyone saw each object. He encouraged questions and comments so it was engaging. I would definitely do this again next time if I had even more time in Southern Utah.
