The Fried Green Tomato sandwich was a perfect blend of savory and sweet with the tomato jam kissing the Rosemary Focaccia and the Boursin cheese added a nice bite. The Grilled Cheese sandwich brought us back to our childhood but better, with an adult flavor profile for refined palates. Shhh don't tell Mom. The level of care, expertise, and love that goes into each of these dishes, shines through each and every bite. We had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Leon's food at a local charity event. I don't particularly remember for white chocolate. They also offer many gift baskets and gelato. I definitely want to go back and try those. For now, though, have to say my favorite from them is their dark chocolate filled with raspberry. That is delectable, but again, I can only have so much in one go - very rich chocolate.
