Took a photo on the last week of the 6 weeks long summer challenge!

I started to come out to this gym in March because some of my friends' recommended! Willison onboarded me and trained me for 2 weeks. Then I joined the 6 weeks long summer challenge in April and made some good progress! Thank you, Willison!

Looking for a fitness facility that is guaranteed to make you break a gallon of sweat? Look no further as The Mission HQ has fitness classes with experienced trainers , that will for sure make you break a sweat with a mixture of Boxing incorporated with HIIT training classes. The facility is a non-profit, family-like ambience with a wide array of strength based focus weight lifting equipment (cage style squat racks,etc.). Many of the gym members give back to the community by participating in community service/donations.

I never do reviews, but I want everyone to know how awesome this place is. My schedule can be different daily and they have a variety of classes (boxing, HIIT, strength) and times that work with my always changing schedule. I love the variety, it helps keep me engaged. There is also open gym with different equipment to lift weights, and spin classes through Pedal cycling. The owner and trainers are all amazing! I have made many friends at this gym and they have become like family. We do fun gym community events together.

I reviewed this gym back in 2022, and they have now added fantastic additional classes (Low Impact HIIT, 30 minute cardio blaster, Mobility and Zumba). The six week pre-summer challenge has been amazing, where I personally have seen results, with guidance from the trainers, a food prep class and personal training. This gym is so supportive and a community to cheer each other on. If you want to feel supported in your fitness journey (no matter what your level of fitness), this is the place for you. I recommend talking to Wilson or Amy to try a week pass or a class. They even parter with Pedal Cycling, so you can take a 30 minute class and Pedal in the same location. All the trainers are great, and they take time to know your limits and get you to your goals.

Great story and influence to the community!!

Boxing boot-camp classes are so much fun. Beginners are totally welcome. The lifting classes and HIIT classes are also great.

I have worked with trainers at high-level tennis academies and in collegiate athletics, and I can…read moresay without hesitation that Luca is the best trainer I have ever worked with. What sets Luca apart is not simply technical knowledge, but an extraordinary ability to translate movement into feeling. Luca's explanations, demonstrations, and carefully chosen cues allow me to make meaningful connections in my own body. I have struggled for years with tight hips, limited mobility, and a fractured back that often made movement painful and uncertain. Luca recognized immediately that so much of that tension originated in my hips and lower body, and with remarkable patience we have devoted ourselves to strengthening those areas. The results have been nothing short of transformative. I am now squatting and deadlifting--movements I once associated only with pain and the fear of further injury. Even more importantly, I carry Luca's cues with me every time I train on my own. This experience has changed not just how I exercise, but how I inhabit my body. In a world that constantly alienates us from ourselves--through screens, endless sitting, work, comparison, and the pressure to look a certain way--Luca offers the opportunity to reconnect with your body from the inside out. There are no mirrors in the gym because the goal is not performance for an audience or chasing an image. The focus is on sensation, awareness, and discovering what your body is capable of feeling. Every session leaves me more alive, more grounded, and more grateful to be embodied. I never leave exhausted in the way I once thought a "good workout" required; I leave energized, confident, and deeply connected to myself. Luca approaches every client with exceptional care and attention, meeting each person where they are and helping them build strength not as an end in itself, but as a way of expanding freedom, resilience, and joy in everyday life. That is a remarkable gift, and I cannot recommend Luca highly enough.

Blare took so much care in understanding my situation, asking plenty of questions and reflecting back what she heard from me. This made me feel that we were on the same page. In our actual training sessions, Blare walked me through each exercise, correcting and affirming me along the way. She helped me feel comfortable doing her workouts on my own, since part of my goals included having a workout routine I could do weekly. After a few months, it was very noticeable that my body'd 'evened out' in terms of strength! I no longer had a hip drift in my squat which was how I first noticed my body was unbalanced in terms of strength. Blare is truly an expert in her field which completely matches my experience with all other trainers and instructors at Radically Fit. There is so much wisdom had among the trainers here and I can't recommend this gym enough.

She's exceptional…read more First, her experience and knowledge of fitness and nutrition are unparalleled, and her approach is balanced and tailored to what I need on any given day. She always starts our sessions asking me how I'm feeling and how my body is feeling and, if needed, will adjust my workout to accommodate. Alison offers as much or as little nutritional support as I want or need. There have been periods where I've sent her what I ate each day so she could help me balance my carbs, fats and proteins. I no longer do this, but we still discuss healthy eating habits, smoothie recipes and how to eat in a balanced way very often, if not every time I train with her. She's incredibly supportive and knowledgeable without being pushy, which is awesome. The logistical flexibility Alison offers is a game changer for my hectic work schedule. I can see Alison at the gym or virtually using Zoom. At first, I was VERY hesitant to try a virtual workout. It just seemed like something that wouldn't translate well to virtual (from in person). One week, my work schedule was such that I had to either do my session virtually or cancel it, so I gave it a shot! It was great - almost exactly like being in person. I now workout virtually with Alison 100% of the time. I am not someone who loves working out, but my workouts with Alison are enjoyable and sometimes even fun, as Alison is super funny and great to talk to. Her company makes the workouts go by quickly, which is an added bonus for those of us who don't love working out. Before I found Alison, I had tried a couple different personal trainers. They were either inflexible (I got the impression they had a cookie cutter workout they used for every client, regardless of the needs), annoying or outrageously priced. Alison is amazing at what she does, and I'd recommend her to anyone, regardless of their workout needs!

I knew that the only way to keep working on my feet was to get stronger -- but I had no idea where to start. Being an extreme introvert with limited executive function, just showing up to a gym or public fitness classes on my own volition didn't feel like an option. Thankfully my partner and I were introduced to Alison. With Alison's guidance we've been getting stronger and more confident in our work and daily activities. Consistent weekly appointments help me stay on track with my goals and give me a sense of accountability that I just can't impose on myself. She makes sure we never do the same workout twice which keeps things interesting and never boring. I've never felt stronger or more comfortable in my body. My joints feel lighter and my back is straighter. Working with Alison has been game-changing!
