The variety is excellent - whatever you like in coffee, whether you know what you want and stick to it or you're a novice, trying to find your thing or you're adventurous, looking for a new thing... they have it. But that's not why I give this place 5 stars. The space itself is excellent. It's comfortable, cozy and inviting, despite a tricky location. It's well designed and lit and has a giant window to view that actual roaster. But that's not why I give it five stars. The people love coffee... Like, they looooooove coffee! And they know coffee. I went in and they said "How can we help you?" And I said "I want to buy coffee, but I don't know what I want." And both employees lit up. They know the coffee language AND how to explain it to a novice without making you feel like a novice. And the more feedback you give, the better their next suggestion will be. The team here is camped right at the intersection of passion and knowledge and their love for it is contagious. I look forward to emptying a bag - yes, because it's delicious - but also so I can go in and talk to them again!

It's the high ceilings, large plants, and fire places for me. If I worked from home, this would be a space I'd visit often. The coffee was good, not great. I ordered the salted toffee caramel latte. It wasn't sweet and strong. I like my coffee sweet and strong. I'll come back and order and iced coffee next time. I also ordered the limited edition birthday matcha for funsies. That was yummy!
