I called them one afternoon and spoke with Tim who told me to bring the bikes in. I arrived 30 minutes later and Tim greeted me with a hearty welcome and introduced me to Jacob the bike mechanic who checked the bikes in for a level one tuneup. Three were different types of tuneups that your bike can get; a level one starts at $80 and that includes checking the gears, tightening the chains, adjusting the brakes, checking the inter-tubes and tires and filling them with air if needed, and washing the bike. Level two and three encompasses a level one plus more. The bikes were supposed to take a few days, but Jacob got them done the next day. This is a great local bike shop, not only are they quick with the repairs but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean, and fully stocked with a large selection of bikes, helmets and accessories. Oh yes and they do offer a 10% discount to Police, FD, paramedics, and Military. Cabarrus Cycling highly recommended!

She was prompt and concise and took alot of pride and payed close attention to me as I walked and move around the bike and on the bike. She is very knowledgeable about your anatomy and how it works with your bike. She looked at my shoes'. cleats position and condition, and my feet. She asked alot of questions off and on the bike as to my feel. Any adjustment was followed by questions. She studies the rider. She uses technology only for a baseline or to provide measurements and used her knowledge of body mechanics and physiology to make changes to the bike. Now the part I loved the best, she also knows the ME parts that need to change: Healing, flexibility and strength wise to get me where I want to be. She just didnt fit the bike to where I am comfortable but yet somewhere in the middle of where I want to be and what I can tolerate with my present fitness and flexibility level. The third vehicle inspected had tinted front door windows that don't meet North Carolina standards. They gave me the option of taking the vehicle back and removing the tint and then bringing back, or failing the inspection, which would have costed me $30. I took the vehicle back and removed the tinting film and called Lakepoint back up and they got it in immediately for the inspection. I really appreciated their honesty and the chance the correct the problem before they moved forward. In the future, I'll be bringing my vehicles to Lakepoint Auto for service work
