I typically get the #3 (ham and provolone) either as a sandwich or a bowl. I wish Jersey Mikes would offer some sort of vinaigrette dressing for when I order a bowl. I know most people just use oil and vinegar but that doesn't do the trick for me. I only order the bowls when I am on my way home so I can add my own dressing to it. The Miss Vickie's salt and vinegar chips are my favorite although I would prefer if they had some sort of cold deli sides (pasta salad or potato salad). Yesterday I had the #17 (cheesesteak with peppers and onions) which was delicious. The bread was super soft and the sandwich had great flavor. This location is pretty good on having your order ready at the quoted time although they sometimes get busy and a few minutes behind. I am not someone who likes a ton of meat on my sandwiches but my husband always complains that this location puts on way less meat that other nearby Jersey Mikes. Overall, the location is convenient and the employees are always friendly.

We ordered two large pizza and wings. The food came hot and fresh during the timeframe given and was accurate. All of us enjoyed the food. My family in fact raved about it! I thought it was good pizza and wings for sure; I'd personally opt for extra sauce or maybe add some Italian seasoning as I felt it needed a bit of a pop of extra flavor for me, but that's more of a personal preference. The wings were tender and a good size and they had a nice ranch sauce for dipping the wings and pizza crust. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and had plenty of leftovers!

The order had to be placed online for pickup. I tried earlier, but the store showed as a corporate location for some reason. After a bit of research, I found out it was an actual store. I parked, placed my order from the car, and made sure to customize it because I do not eat pork. I added extra tomatoes and left out ham. I also ordered one for my son. The pickup time was about fifteen to twenty minutes later. I went inside to let them know I had just placed an order. The store was empty except for staff. A young woman greeted me and said she was working on the sandwiches. I waited, spoke briefly with another employee, and looked around. Soon, my order was ready. The young woman told me the sandwich with extra tomatoes was on top. I thought she might also mention no ham, but she did not. I checked the bag before leaving, opened the one she pointed out, and thought it looked right. I tied the bag back up and left. At home, I planned to give one sandwich to my son and save mine for lunch the next day. I was a little hungry and decided to take a bite. Before I did, I checked again because both sandwiches looked exactly the same. That is when I saw they both had ham. I was upset. I checked the time, saw the store was still open, and called. The phone rang for a long time, but someone finally answered. I explained what happened. He asked if I had the receipt, but there was none in the bag. I gave him my name, and he found my receipt still in the store. He read it out loud and said it only showed extra tomatoes, not no ham. I checked my account and saw he was right. Somehow, the no ham request had not saved. I told him I was confused because I was sure I had deselected ham. He said it was not their fault and they could not fix it. I asked to speak to the manager. He talked to someone in another language and came back saying the manager said the same thing. They would make a new sandwich if I paid again. That was disappointing. The manager refused to get on the phone and I was "oh welled". I thought this could be a regular spot since it is so close and clean inside. But maybe it is for the best. The food is not great for me anyway. I do not know what went wrong with the order. I even tried to recreate it, but the promo code seemed to affect the options although it did allow for customization. Maybe it was meant to be. Yes, maybe the mistake was on my end. But I know I tried to remove the ham. Either way, I do not need processed meat in my life. I will take this as a win. Will I go back? No, and that is okay. The food is not good for me anyway. Also, what was I doing eating a sandwich after 8 anyway? Get it together ma'am! A star for the store being clean, the young lady being pleasant, and the quickness I received my order.

First Watch -- Savory Wins, Sweet Still Searching…read more After completing a 3-peat, here's my conclusion: The savory items at this chain are my cup of tea. The coffee is bold and strong, and for the price, getting a full pot that keeps you going without needing refills is a great value. The drink selection looks limited at first, but they quietly offer some very tasty juices. The kale apple stands out for me -- not normally my thing, but it works. I think there are better places for pancakes. I think there are better places for French toast. That said, it's still worth trying them -- what's missing for me might shine through for you. Where First Watch really wins: * Bacon Egg & Cheese (artisanal level good) * Million Dollar Potatoes (upgrade every time) * Crispy regular bacon * Sausage breakfast plates * Thoughtfully built savory options These plates feel crafted, not just assembled. The atmosphere brings a modern diner / brunch vibe that fits perfectly with what people are looking for today. Bright, busy, and comfortable. Location tip: Try not to sit near the kitchen -- it gets loud with staff conversations. Service is mixed * Some staff members are excellent * Others feel more transactional If you're ordering eggs, go scrambled or omelette over over-easy. Mine were undercooked previously, and it's an easy fix. Good coffee Strong savory menu Modern brunch vibe Some inconsistency Sweet items not standout (for me) That still lands First Watch at 4 stars. And with the lack of strong brunch options nearby, this is currently top dog for me. Still searching for that great French toast and pancakes.

Today I ordered the Traditional with a side of biscuits and gravy. I was overjoyed they used turkey for the gravy so ordered that also. The potatoes were so under seasoned it was a shame. Only square potatoes and salt. Onions, peppers, garlic, and parsley were not invited to the party. The dish also included two eggs, toast, and choice of breakfast meat which I selected the chicken apple sausage patty; which was a little too sweet but when ate with other foods, was ok. With those potatoes being not it, I wished I had went with the Trifecta and grabbed a waffle instead. Our server was very attentive and when I mentioned I was not a fan of the potatoes, she offered me other choices and I grabbed a side of greens. No one really raved about their food and nothing really stood out either from the other dishes ordered: Triathlete, The Godfather Breakfast Bowl, One of their omelets, and the Trifecta. We did enjoy each other's company and our server did a great job with taking care of us. Hopefully I'll remember next time or just order the pancakes or waffles which I don't like ordering from a restaurant because it's so easy for me to make and low cost food lol
