Upon entering, you see the minimalistic menus of sandwiches and drinks. (There are also small paper menus available but the aesthetic is a treat!) it's a small spot, but it exudes personality and a homey vibe. It's like a pub setting you see in Shaun of the Dead but much more comfortable and low key. The servers were very friendly and attentive to our table. I tried the French Dip and the BLT. Both were delicious and packed with meat. One thing about Windsor Brown's is they DO NOT skimp on the meats! Huge points! I executed a beautiful cheese pull upon my first bite, but could not capture it on picture because I ate too fast! So you'll just have to take my word for it. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. They tried the Devil Made Me Do It and another sandwich with ghost peppers. We all left with our bellies full and our spirits high! 5/5 WILL return next time I'm in town.

What made the stop even better was the service behind the bar. The employee taking our order and serving the sandwich was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and accommodating, offering great recommendations that made choosing easy and the experience even smoother. The sourdough was exactly how it should be: fresh, crisp, lightly toasted and sturdy enough to hold everything together. Inside, Calabrian deviled egg salad met a perfectly jammy egg, spicy mayo and peppers for a creamy, tangy kick with just the right amount of heat. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely. This was a lip-smacking, reach-for-another-bite kind of sandwich. We didn't have time to dive into the beer selection, but there were plenty of tempting options. With its business-district location, this would be an easy stop after work for a cold brew and a seriously good sandwich. Quick stop. Great service. Killer sandwich. The Devil Made Me do it.

It only took me five minutes to get to the store, so I did not expect my sandwich to be ready immediately. I checked in at the counter and was told they were still working on my order, no problem. They were not very busy, and were staffed with four employees that I could see. As I waited for over ten minutes, three different customers walked in, had their sandwiches made, and left. Maybe they had a flood of app orders, but at times there were one or two staff members in front doing nothing while I was the only one in the store. After almost fifteen minutes of waiting at the store, my sandwich was finally ready. The employee apologized for the wait, but it was frustrating to see several other customers come and go while I waited when I thought I was saving time by using the app and ordering ahead. My order was a regular size roast beef and provolone on wheat made Mike's way. ($11.95). I had planned to eat half now, and half later but the sandwich was on the smaller side so I just ate the whole thing. I would prefer a larger regular size sandwich for a few more dollars. The only other option is the giant size at $19.95. The sandwich was also a little bland, and it seemed like I tasted more lettuce than meat and cheese. More salt and pepper would have gone a long way. I love their Big Kahuna sandwich, but the roast beef and provolone sandwich and wait time today missed the mark.

There was many a time where I just had a huge craving for good roast beef on a roll with Swiss but could never get done to Tommy Pastrami. Lately I've been looking for a decent deli in the area and I may have found it at Tony's. That New Jersey sandwich was amazing, with its roast beef and turkey--not to mention that Russian dressing. I could eat that sandwich ten days in a row and not get sick of it. I'd get plenty rotund maybe, but not sick. I'm sure the rest of the menu items are the same way. The service was perfect here. My order was taken and arrived quickly. The refills came fast (and a little furious), and it genuinely seemed like a staff that cared and got to know its regular customers. The ambiance was good too. There was plenty of space in the dining area. The decor was very comfortable and rural and a little kitsch. And the vibe of the place was just super lowkey and relaxed. I had my entire meal at a relaxed pace here. Sure, it's a little pricey for a meal here, but I feel that's all deli if they be of any quality. I would gladly pay for any meal here over like a fast food one. It's also kind of a drive to get here for me, but a deli is like a monthly occurrence and not a weekly one for me so that's not a concern. All in all, I think this is going to be hitting my rotation quite often going forward.
