My only suggestion is to dry off or spin lettuce after it's washed. Because it ends up making the bread soggy by the time you get it via take out, drive home to eat. It's a bit soggy and definitely more soggy by the next day. I couldn't figure out why it was so soggy. My only assumption would be too wet of toppings or lettuce. But I don't know for sure. The sandwich was really tasty& serving size was big. I believe it was approximately $17 per sandwich/ person. With each of us getting a 12 inch sub. Inside - It was a quiet and quaint environment when I went in. It didn't seem super busy.

I placed my order online and went into the store to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed two…read morecustomers who arrived about five minutes after me were served and left about seven minutes before I even received my to-go order. When I finally got my food and returned home, I found that my order was incorrect -- despite requesting extra mayo, it was not added. I called the store to explain the situation and simply asked for a refund. Instead of addressing this straightforward request, the shift manager (Lily) asked me to bring the sandwich back to the store to "verify" it. I found this to be unreasonable and disrespectful -- as if I would go out of my way to falsely claim a missing condiment. While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn't know how to process a refund because the "refund button wouldn't work." To make matters worse, she said she could "write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow," but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten -- a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service. Ultimately, I had to drive back to the store in person, which was entirely avoidable if my concern had been handled properly over the phone.

Red Robin Review -- A Little Fishy!…read more I love coming to Red Robin, and every time I walk through the door, this restaurant makes me smile. The employees are always amazing, the service is wonderful, and the prices don't hurt your pocketbook too badly. The parking is great too! This time, though, I decided to try the fish and chips, and unfortunately, I wasn't very satisfied with the fish. It tasted like it was made from frozen pieces, and there really wasn't much fish there. I honestly felt like I could have gone to the grocery store, bought some fish, and fried it myself -- and probably had more fish on my plate. The fish was also very crispy -- not burnt, but almost to that point. I probably should have sent it back, but honestly, I didn't feel like getting another piece that might be the same way. Now, let me say something GOOD! The fries were great, and our waitress was wonderful. She kept our fries filled and always had a smile on her face. That kind of service makes a difference! And if you haven't tried their lemonades, you should! Try the strawberry lemonade -- it's delicious! And Red Robin, your burgers are GREAT, so I know you can do better with that fish! I will definitely be coming back because I love your restaurant, your employees, your burgers, and the overall experience. But Red Robin, please step it up with that fish! This Review Lady will be back -- just maybe ordering a burger next time!

I do like Red Robin and this seems to be the type of place that can make a large amount of the…read morepeople in your party happy. They even have veg and gluten free options. If you are not into burgers there are lots of other options and they have a kids menu too. Prices have definitely increased recently, but with bottomless sides and special deals like the 9.99$ Big Yummmm Burger it still seems like a reasonable meal out. There is also happy hour available from 3-6 pm. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program, although this is also not as strong as it used to be, but everyone loves a free birthday burger, available to be used the entire month of your birthday. This location has a big parking lot, is close to the freeway entrance and is walking distance from the light rail station. I've eaten here a few times and service is always helpful and friendly. It can be a little bit longer of a wait than some places, but just enjoy some extra fries and go with the flow. It seems like they may be a better dining option for a bigger party than some other places. Just be vocal about your need for more fries, extra sauce and drink refills. They also do a good job of keeping track of substitutions. There is so much good food in this area, but if you need a reliable place to add to your freeway stop offs, this may be your regular stop off.

We ordered the Chicken wrap which was decent but the fries were kind of dry and the custard was nothing special. The place was surprisingly dirty as tables were not wiped down and then you have the broken glass in the upper windows which I know is no fault to them. Also, the service took quite awhile as we waited 15+ minutes for our food so wasn't expecting that at all. I would be willing to give it another chance if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way again.

There are enough parking spaces close to here, and we saw people come and go, come and go. This place is only to go, menu is very simple, so after you order the meal served so quick. If you'd like to eat there, both side of the order counter, there is a counter space and you can eat there (no chair). And also there is a bathroom just side of the counter. I ordered Dick's special(one patty, lettuce, mayonnaise, chopped pickle) and my husband ordered Cheese burger plain(one patty, cheese, no condiments) and we both chose Coke. It was quick to ready our order. My husband was so happy for his plain cheese burger because he is picky -no need veggies and sauce for the burger that he said- It's not fancy burger but I like it! Just quick snack, not heavy and yummy!
