The portions are appropriately sized and filling. I feel satisfied with their meals and have no extra cravings. Not to mention their pricing is the most reasonable I have ever seen with any meal prep service. I think the only minor suggestion I would have is I wish they had options for different types of diets (keto/low carb, etc). But I understand they're a smaller business so probably don't have the capacity for that kind of thing yet. I'm still super satisfied with the meals they have and will continue using them for sure!

The food was fabulous, there was plenty of it, and they even worked right through a massive storm in our backyard without missing a beat. We are actually using them again tomorrow for a huge event of 150 people, and they have been wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They are incredibly responsive and have been so flexible with us--I am so looking forward to having them back! Their setup is stunning. The display of street tacos, the beautiful, colorful tablecloths, and all the little extra touches they add truly make the experience come alive. I HIGHLY recommend them. One reviewer talked about the broccoli being uncooked well, just heat the meal up in the microwave and then let it sit for a couple minutes. The broccoli will cook perfectly by the steam. A couple of meals I wasn't crazy about but that was my own preference I believe. One is not going to like everything on every menu. It helps that the menu changes each week. I can just order what I've tried and liked.

Once a week, its in elk Grove at the above mentioned address. The trailer is parked along a street thus providing poor parking. It is primarily a takeout and has many different items available. Once you place your order a pager is given which lets you know when your order is ready. The quality is first rate and the prices are fair for what you're getting. The staff is very friendly and know the product well. They serve Ribs, Beef Brisket, Tri-Tip, Pull Pork, Chicken and, All Beef Hot or Mild Links. The sides are Potato Salad, Green Beans, Baked Beans, & Cole Slaw. Sims' Southern Punches looked really good! I had the ribs with potato salad and beans. Really excellent, although I did find the brown barbecue sauce to be a little strong for me. The quality of the ribs and taste really hit the spot! I had asked for a unicorn pull-apart cupcake cake before I feel like those were even really a thing yet, and she absolutely nailed it. It turned out adorable and honestly started our obsession with pull-apart cupcake cakes ever since. They're just so much easier for parties, especially with kids. Everyone can grab their own cupcake without the whole cake-cutting chaos, and I love that there are usually little mini cupcakes worked in as fillers for anyone who just wants a tiny sweet treat. Not only are the desserts cute, but everything we've ordered has always tasted fresh and delicious too, which matters just as much to me as how it looks. One thing I really appreciate is how creative they are with custom orders. I've gone in with ideas before and somehow they always make them come to life even better than I pictured. Helpful tip: If you have a kid birthday party coming up, definitely consider a pull-apart cupcake cake. It makes serving so much easier and the kids absolutely love it. Still one of our favorite local spots for special occasion treats.
