Unfortunately, our stay was filled with several issues, beginning with being given the wrong room configuration. We reserved a king bed but were given two twin beds, and there were multiple other service and accommodation problems throughout our stay. The most disappointing part was not the mistakes themselves, but the complete lack of follow-up. I left two phone messages and sent two emails after our stay. I was repeatedly told someone would contact me, but I never received a response. For a property at this level and price point, I expected much better customer service and accountability.

The fireplace was lit, we had a gelato sundae bar set up in the library, and all the rooms were open so our guests had plenty of room. We got to enjoy a sunset over the water through the windows that span the entire length of the club. I am still getting tons of compliments about the food. Chris worked with us to set up stations with made to order steak, pasta, veggies, and bacon scallops that were TO DIE FOR! All of the servers, bartenders, everyone involved was so kind, helpful and in a celebratory mood. It was absolutely perfect and VERY reasonable!! It was like they've never done this before. We arrived about an hour after the event started and they seemed to already be "in the weeds". The vendors were unimpressive with minimal offerings. We paid for entry, but many likely did not, and we basically got nothing for our money. It was a one and done. As locals, we're dismayed we were taken advantage of by a local business.
