We also know however, that the more you Google looking for answers, the more questions you have! Even if you have a venue, you now need to worry about seating charts, timelines, hairstylists, weather, forest fires, COVID, cleanup- oh my! "Do I even need a wedding planner?" may even be a question that you are pondering- and that is ok! The good news is, this review that you are reading is the review you need. As partners, we were asking ourselves these same questions. In hindsight, we would have been stupid to not hire Terri/Events Extraordinaire. Should you simply care about the bottom line, then skip the rest of this review and just hire her already! If you are interested to know why, please see below. Although one of us was skeptical in the value of a wedding planner, I can assure you that Terri's actions and efforts were invaluable in making our day perfect. From the very first meeting, we were relieved at the methodic approach Terri takes to wedding planning. Your first meetings are simply getting to know each other and learning what the couple wants to achieve with the wedding. Terri fairly listened to both of our ideas and provided unbiased feedback and guidance. These little nudges compounded to big decisions which encouraged us along the wedding planning process. Speaking of the process, Terri has one. She has timelines, 'day of' agenda's, and planning deadlines that keep not only the couple, but also your vendors on track! Although you may expect the planning process to go smoothly, just as we had, of course life happens. We had a serious issues with one of our main vendors (That we found before working with Terri) the month before the wedding. We promptly referenced Terri's pre-supplied vendor list and found someone who was more budget friendly, that produced fantastic results. Then, just one week before the wedding, the HMUA dropped out (crazy we know!). Terri picked up her personal cell phone that same day, to step in, and spent the evening with us hunting down alternates. To us, Terri felt like another family member with all of the right tools in her tool box to help us navigate the complex nuances of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, we hardly noticed Terri- and I mean that in a good way! Seamlessly behind the scenes, our wedding day and timeline panned out about as perfect as it could be. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event. As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process. Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway). From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. We had originally hired them solely for day-of wedding coordination, as we are a young couple on a very tight budget- in fact, we were considering doing it all ourselves just to save money, but decided against it, and THANK GOD we did go with hiring the Three B's, because we would have been completely lost without them. From the very first phone call, Bonnie was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I explained my vision for our wedding, and she just GOT it, instantly. She and the rest of the B's created a plan for us that would work with our needs and our budget, as well as offering to help us with anything else we might need before the wedding. Little did I know just how invaluable they would be- once I started a new job, and with us living so far away from the Sonora area where we were getting married, it became nearly impossible to juggle all of the details and vendors, so I handed everything off to them, trusting that they would be able to keep everything on track. They did, and so much more. They gave us the majority of the vendor recommendations, rented decorations to us for a fraction of the cost that we could have found elsewhere, hired additional help, planned venue logistics, coordinated timelines and communicated frequently with all of our vendors, kept in constant communication with my husband and I, to make sure that they were bringing our vision to life in the way we wanted, while also providing much needed emotional support. I was a very indecisive bride, and would often have new ideas or change my mind due to budget constraints or other logistics- they were incredibly supportive of every idea I had, kept me accountable, and were extremely patient and kind with my fickle nature. On top of all of that, we found out, much to our dismay that it was going to rain on our wedding weekend, and we had less than a week from the event to essentially find a new venue or some sort of shelter for our guests, and plan almost an entirely new wedding. We were both busy at work, and feeling incredibly stressed at this huge shift in our plans, and unsure of what to do next. That's when the Three B's stepped in and saved the day. They searched high and low for tent rentals, and eventually coordinated with our venue to provide a large lodge for all of our wedding events, at no extra charge. They notified all of our vendors, created a new timeline and an action plan, and soothed the majority of our worries and fears in the process. When the weekend arrived, they all worked incredibly hard to keep everyone in line, wrangle our guests and wedding party members who were constantly distracted and wandering off, kept the rehearsal and events going in a timely manner, etc. But even more than that, when we found out we only had seven hours to successfully move the wedding ceremony indoors as well, they immediately leapt into action and assisted our wedding party and family with setting up the new venue. When I arrived, the venue was completely transformed from a musty camp dining hall to a beautiful wedding space- it was truly awe-inspiring and that is thanks in huge part to the B's help. The wedding itself ran very smoothly, everything was perfection, and they continued working throughout the night to make sure everything was as it should be. After the wedding, I was told that they mentioned our wedding was the most challenging wedding they'd ever done, (and I believe it!!), but they handled each challenge with the utmost grace, patience and kindness, and they turned OUR "Plan B" venue into a "Plan A" venue! We are both truly thankful for everything the B's did to make our wedding planning process a smooth and happy one, and for contributing so greatly to making our day as magical and beautiful as we dreamed it would be. I am still in awe of the tremendous support and encouragement we received from the Three B's, and we will be forever grateful to them for everything they did for us. The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments.
