He's also hard to get ahold of during a pain crisis situation and I had to call several times to get him to respond. So disappointing that he was of zero help. I only called during office hours and on behalf of women everywhere, calling their legitimate physical pain psychological is an insult.

I figured something specialty would be further away, but to my surprise, they are located in Mesa and Scottsdale. Mesa is closer so I was able to book with the wonderful Zuleika. The booking process is very simple, you do everything online, including filling out your intake forms, and you can even pay and tip ahead of time so your massage can be very relaxing and you don't have to worry about all the logistics once you're there. Parking is readily available in the lot. She texts you ahead of time to tell you exactly how to get there again to make the ease of everything, relaxing for you. Her massage room is adorable and very comfortable. I only got the 25 minute massage and it went by so fast. I wish it had been longer, next time. I will definitely be returning. I felt really good after. Just remember, the lymphatic massage is a lot more gentle than a regular massage. The idea is to help soothe the lymphatic system during healing process. She was very great about educating me while I was getting my massage.

Lisa then informed us that they could take us for a 60-minute massage and assisted us right away. Lisa did my deep-tissue massage and just WOW! She asked questions of where to focus on and always made sure that the pressure was okay. I have struggled with lower back pain and she made sure to focus on there and I almost instantly fell asleep. Overall, the massage was hands-down one of the best massages I have ever gotten and I felt like I was walking on clouds afterwards. My boyfriend opted for a 30-minute body and 30-minute foot massage and he was very pleased with his as well. We will definitely be coming back to try the other services and I already booked my Scalp massage for next week. Solid 10/10.

To start, there was no one at the front desk for quite some time and our massage started a little late. After leading us into our room and asking us to undress, they knocked like 10 minutes later and made it seem as though we were supposed to have come out of the room and let them know we were ready. After asking if we were ready, they started laughing and whispering to each other as they were coming back in. Then it got even worse. My massage therapist used improper draping techniques and my lower half was exposed. She also kept using her elbow to massage my hamstring/glutes & kept pushing all the way into my groin in an inappropriate way. I simply couldn't believe it. It was a pretty terrible experience and I won't be returning. My partner's massage went well, but my therapist must have been new or something, as I would like to think she didn't have any ill intent.
