For background, I was getting a 90 minute combo. 1) I forgot to take my necklace of and she kept rubbing right over my necklace which ended up scratching me. Other times I have left my necklace on, they ask me to remove it or they move it out of the way. 2) She would only apply little amounts of lotion and kept massaging once it dried up which was very uncomfortable. 3) Her technique was repetitive and sloppy, making my whole body move unnecessarily leaving me unable to relax. 4) When she worked on my back, she dug her forearm into my ribs and spine which hurt quite a bit. Again, this was repetitive and sloppy. I ended the massage early by over 30 minutes and was charged full price for the 90 minutes.
