Communication could improve. I called and scheduled 2- 30 min massage appts in advance. Walked in and pointed to her chart the 30min massage I wanted. The massages went way over time and when I said something my at the front she told me she asked if I wanted to change to 60mins. She did not ask me that. In the back it's hard to tell time. The first thing I said walking up to the front was "they went way over 30mins" she did not apologize and just charged me for the 60mins. We will not be going back. read more

I have come here many times in the past and always had a wonderful experience. Yesterday was awful. I normally get the combination massage but decided to try the deep tissue. I told the man up front that I wanted the focus of the massage to be my shoulders. I went back to the room and the masseuse ( male) asked me to get undressed. Okay, it's deep tissue so I wasn't too concerned but I told him I would be leaving my biker shorts on. I typically ask for a male therapist as they are very strong and I like a firm massage. Him being a male did not bother me at all. My gynecologist is a male. After getting undressed but leaving my shorts as I did not have underwear on and was not comfortable taking them off, he came in to begin the massage. He worked on my neck for maybe two minutes, cracked my back, and then barely touched my shoulders. He rolled my biker shorts down to almost fully expose my buttocks and rubbed my back. At first, I thought well okay he is rubbing my back and needs them rolled down a bit. He just kept rubbing my bare buttocks and rolling my shorts further down. I froze and then told him to get out and I'm leaving. I went up front shaking and in tears and the guy still charged me . I only paid for a half hour instead of an hour but I can't believe he charged me. I told him that I wanted the focus on my shoulders and the man spent all of the massage rubbing my bear buttocks and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I should have refused to pay but I was so upset and I just wanted to get out of there. I went to my car and called my husband in tears. He then went to talk to the manager and get a refund. The woman up front told him the the manager would call him as she did not know how to do the refund. Shocker, he never called. Ladies, beware of this place. I am not a person who is easily shaken by anything and this shook me to my core. Leaving my shirts on is a boundary that he did not care at all about. read more

I tried this place for the first time for detox foot soak and a 60 minute reflexology. Lets be clear - this is not a real reflexology experience, it is a relaxing not therapeutic service and that is reflected in the price. It is average for what it is. it would have been better but my service provider clearly did not or would not speak English so instead of telling me what he wanted me to do he forcibly pushed my feet deeper into the water and that I didn't love. I also asked for medium pressure but I would say I got light pressure if that. Item of note to bring cash if you don't want to pay a 3% credit card fee and tips are cash only. I probably wont be back because there are a ton of places that are similar service and price closer to my house but again.. You get what you pay for and it was an average service for an average cost. read more

When my fiancé and I first walked in we were greeted by a lady who walked us to our room and then just left. We had never been here before so we weren't sure what to do, but we changed and laid on our tables. The massage therapists came in and did not speak English, but they were able to get the job done. The massage is definitely not relaxing. Maybe that's normal for reflexology? I'm not entirely sure. It felt more like a sports massage. The therapists were great though. We both had medium pressure and holy cow, if I ever were to go back, I would absolutely ask for light pressure. They really dig in to every single part of your body. My overall three stars mainly contribute to our mandatory tip that we were required to give. The massages were only supposed to cost us $47 per person for a 90 minute massage, but she charged us $50 each. Then, as my fiancé was pulling out $10's for tipping, the lady at the front saw the one $10 bill and pointed to the sign and told us we were required to give $12.50 per masseuse. I was honestly offended and so was my fiancé. Little did she know, we were actually going to tip more, out of generosity, not because it is "mandatory". Tips are a token of appreciation. We own our own businesses, and this is not how we treat our paying customers. Customer service is everything in today's world. We won't be going back, specifically because of this reason. read more

I've been going here for years!! Made an online appt with Coco online and when I got in today a male reflexologist came to get me from the lobby. I said to the girl at the front desk, that I requested coco and even had the email to prove it. She said no, I didn't request anyone. I showed her the email and she said on her end it shows I didn't request anyone. She also said if I wanted a female I would have to wait 2 hours. I left and will NOT be returning. I came here to get the same combo massage I've received multiple times bc of how much I love it and this experience was horrible. The combo includes a full body massage, foot soak, and a hot stone treatment on the legs and feet. This particular appointment did not include the hot stone treatment and only half the amount of time for the foot soak. I asked the masseuse about the hot stone treatment and he said the hot stone was only for the 2 hour service which I've never gotten. I tried explaining this to him but he said to speak to the receptionist afterwards due to his poor English. I brought this up with the receptionist and she lied to my face & said that I was wrong and that treatment wasn't included in the massage. She then added that the menu changed 6 months ago, but I was just there 2 months prior so that was another lie. I ended up just asking for the manager and she said she was in China & she'd be gone for three months. The complete dishonesty is unbelievable. read more

I've never done reflexology before but many massages in the past. By far, this was one of the best experiences I've had. I've been experiencing headaches, neck and shoulder pains. My gf asked if I wanted to join her and I happily obliged. She made the appointment and told me to go in 15min early to fill out a form. After signing my papers we were taken into a room, we went into the same room as it is an all clothed type massage. They started with pressure points on my head, down my neck and shoulders. They worked my arms, fingers...everything! He cracked my back and neck too which was amazing. I've had chiropractor work done before as well as sports massages and I will say that my experience was all of this in one. The prices are amazing ($30/60min intro rate). I will continue coming here on a regular basis. My gf said they have a punch card. Oh and did I mention, they accept HSA for payment. It's been 2 days and I feel great! First time coming in with my boyfriend. I am a massage therapist myself. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. I had a guy working on me and he was pushing on my ribs so hard I could barely breathe and I flinched, then he yelled at me to "relax" and then punched my back with his fist! He kept was digging his fingers into the back of my neck and it hurt so bad. He went to work on my glutes and was digging his fist into my bones. Some parts felt okay but overall not good. My boyfriend got an old 80 year old lady and was the worst massage of his life. He said she had no pressure at all and was just petting him and breathing obnoxiously loud into his ear. He just wanted it to be over the whole time. Never coming back. Waste of money. The lotion has such a strong scent and gave me a headache. read more

Well, my first experience here was great, but this time the front desk girl is not friendly and very rude. I don't know much about reflexology but wanted a massage for a stiff neck and sciatic pain. The first time I went I had a half hour massage and told the man exactly what i wanted. This time I saw they had a 60 min massage for 45 so , that sounded good. She said if I wanted just my neck and sciatic it would be 60 so but they had a 45 dollar option that included the feet. I figured that would just be a shorter time on my neck and sciatica. After 35 min had passed and only one foot was done and none of my original issues, I asked my masseuse if he was going to attend to my original issues. He said ok( he was kind but knew very little English)I showed him the spots. He left and came back and started working on the spots when suddenly the front desk woman comes back and they start talking their foreign language and she starts yelling at me I need to pay more . It was actually the weirdest massage experience I've ever had! Sadley I will not return unless I know she is gone. Bummer! Also she was not friendly at all when I left. I had no idea what my wife scheduled me for, so I said combo. Turns out that was $45 instead of the $35 I went in expecting. No big deal. The massage was good, solved some back pain I've had. I guess tipping 20% isn't enough? My wife and I got a 90 minute massages that cost $50 each. At the end we were pleased so gave both our people $10 each. As we walk out, the man that gave me my massage yells for me to hold up where he then pointed at this tip sheet that says i should tip $12.50 for the 90 minute massages (on the sheet is says they cost $80 so 15% min tip is $12). I should have asked for my tip back. You did a fine job, now appreciate your $10 tip because my massage only cost $50 to begin with. Not only are you not gonna get my extra $2.50 you wanted, I won't be ever be going back with my wife. The tip is on top of payment if it's worthy of an extra "thanks" it's never mandatory. I LOVE reflexology. Stopped in to QC reflexology with my dad after a long week. Service up front was a bit delayed - we walked in, no hello, long delay and then she took us back. There was also some confusion on times. I said 1, then they called me to try and reschedule to 12:30 two times. Reflexology was good, but both my dad and I said medium pressure and felt so sore for two days afterwards - not exactly the feeling I was hoping for, but maybe needed? Absolutely loved this place. I've been to a quite a few reflexology massages and this is definitely a high quality place. The workers in the front makes sure that you have a great experience and informs you of the language barrier with the massage therapists from China. So they show you hand signs to tell the therapists if you want the massage to be with higher force or softer. It's very clean and they play soothing music too. My husband forgot an extra $5 in the car for the mandatory tip, and the massage therapist kept yelling at him and I to pay more!!! So rude and unprofessional. My husband said he needed to go to the car to get the money and they kept blocking him until he payed more... they finally understood and let him go... and as I was trying to follow my husband out the door ... he blocked me from exiting trying to keep me hostage inside for $5 fucken dollars!??? ---- I told him No! And to stop and he finally let me through. They honestly didn't even deserve that tip they kept talking so fucken loud during the whole hour of our massage and laughing.
