I'm writing this out of sheer frustration after waiting for unanswered questions/unfulfilled…read moreprescriptions for weeks now. I will preface that despite her rough, overtly loud New Jersey mannerisms, Dr. Morstein is very bright and has a gentle kindness to her. Unfortunately, however, more than this is needed to run a successful medical practice. The doctor, herself is very disheveled which is reflective in her unorganized office. She seems to always be in a frenzy and has even drawn my blood without gloves and a mask (I don't like watching my blood drawn something made me look over this time). Her colleague also attempted to give me an IV without gloves and was having so many problems finding my vein that I finally looked over only to realized she was no longer wearing gloves. In fact she had thrown the blood-soiled gloves onto the floor in frustration. My husband was also initially seeing Dr. Morstein as a patient and, despite also thinking she's a lovely woman, will no longer return due to the office's incompetence. He was been treated for a severe autoimmune condition and was not given the full course of treatment/instruction and subsequently relapsed. He commended my patience for continuing to see her but we were in the height of Covid and had lost our jobs, so we couldn't afford to stop care mid-stream and pay another doctor hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a new patient consult. I therefore attempted to stick it out just for virtual consults and not in-office appointments/blood draws etc. However, since being a patient for perhaps two years or so, I have seen this office go through an unusual amount of office staff--probably somewhere in the range of 6-8 receptionists! Each time, information gets passed off to the next employee, miscommunicated, and even lost. Prescriptions are left unfulfilled and insurance issues are thrown to the wayside by the exiting employee only to be promised to be taken care of by the new employee. However, nothing ever gets done in a timely manner as promised. In fact, I've now been working on an insurance billing issue with them since June. I've also never heard back about my prescriptions. Such a shame as this doctor has a lot of potential if she could implement some better business practices.

I can't say enough good things about Inclusive Natural Medicine…read more I've been to plenty of doctors over the years, but this was the first time I felt like someone actually analyzed my blood work instead of just glancing at it and saying everything was "normal." Dr. Katie (the owner) and Dr. Sally are both incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. They take a true naturopathic / functional medicine approach -- looking at hormones, energy levels, inflammation, gut health, and overall wellness, not just one lab value at a time. The appointments never feel rushed, and they actually explain why things are happening and what to do about it. If you're dealing with fatigue, hormone imbalance, brain fog, digestive issues, or just don't feel like yourself and want real answers, this is absolutely the place to go. Hands down the best naturopathic doctor experience I've had. Highly recommend Inclusive Natural Medicine to anyone looking for holistic care, detailed lab analysis, and a provider who genuinely cares about long-term health.

I can't recommend Dr. Katie enough. I think we all need to be better advocates for our own health,…read moreand it makes a huge difference when you have a doctor who actually cares to understand you and what you're feeling rather than just brushing it off saying everything is "normal" or trying to load you up with prescription meds. The holistic and naturopathic route makes a huge difference, especially for someone with an autoimmune disease. Dr. Katie takes the time to go over every detail, every little thing you've ever experienced or struggled with, and then you work together to find the best solutions and try to figure out ways to make you feel better. I hate that this type of medicine isn't covered by insurance, but I will gladly save up and pay out of pocket for the quality of care we get here. I have taken advantage of the IV infusion twice when feeling sick and crummy, and it has been a huge help! If you're tired of feeling crappy and hearing everything is normal from other doctors, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Katie (or any of the other doctors in the clinic they are all great), you won't regret it!! The office is calming and inviting, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. It just feels peaceful and not stressful in the office, and I love the wide range of treatments available.

Every time I have had to speak with her has been just great. She deserves a raise, high five, hug, and fist bump. Now...the Dr....SHE'S JUST AS COOL!! She was so knowledgeable about things that not even the "other doctors" know about. Most look at me confused when I mention the medications I take, and she knew exactly what they were. So when Dr. Orona offered a solution, we stopped in to check it out. Using sophisticated electronics (not needles in the back), Dr. Orona checked her patient against several common allergens and noted a difference between cow milk and goat milk. She also spotted some surprise allergens affecting my girlfriend's body. After screening, Dr. Orona prepared a charged vial used to desensitize her patient to the allergens, then prescribed supplements to aid in digestion. The visit was quick, easy and painless. Weeks after her treatment, my girlfriend reports improved digestion, less sensitivity to gluten and dairy and better overall health.
