*** Rating Changed from 2-star to 4-star. ***…read more After owning this product for almost three years, the machine is still going strong. We have requested two post-sales support, and it was responded in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for the great support! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In this hard working economy, people rarely have time to dine out, not to mention the time to visit a real human massage place. This is where purchasing a massage chair makes a lot of sense. Consider $15 foot massage (often time masseuse ask for $10 tip) to come up to $25 per massage, for a chair in the price range between $3000 - $6000, it takes about 120-240 visits to break even. If you only visit massage treatment once a month, it will actually take 10 years to recover the investment and that's not worth it, but if you plan to use it daily, with 2-3 people in a household, the investment will quickly cross the actual value within a matter of months. Especially, if you have an elderly that you afraid the massage place will crack their bone, then it is much better off getting a chair that can serve the purpose. So it come to our conclusion, the healthier we can maintain ourselves, the more productivity to earn the money back. Let's get one at this highly advertized place Zentech (aka YouNeedmassager). When we visit the shop, the business model is setup like a shopping a brand new car at dealership. We test drove each model, feel the horses behind each chair, and come to the conclusion, the most expensive model carries more luxury technology as if a car is equipped with moon roof that you will use one or two times. We bargain the price a bit, and leave without commitment. The sales person actually isn't pushy, she's well-trained, and knowledgeable, although maybe ignorant the fact we can find most info on internet, all in all, it's probably better than going to Brookstone pay for the fixed price or commit an online purchase without actual "test drive". So, we have done our homework, try different chairs at competitor furniture stores, seriously look at our options, mainly Inaga Sogno, Astro 2 and Human Touch ZeroG. We haven't try each and every models, but quickly sold on the appearance of the YN-8600 (or RongTai RT-8600) model which look like a space capsule with Zero G feature. And it is unfortunate the same reason why I am giving a 3-star experience here on Yelp! If you look at the photo you will find dents throughout the hard plastic shell. The plastic is not scratch resistant, more of wear and tear like our brand new car. Buyers be aware of this, we just made a big purchase and we've identify obvious dent at the time of delivery, looking at the dent each day is more of annoyed than satisfied. I've made three follow up calls already and the store owner refuse to do anything about it and tell me these are normal, and it's OK?! I find it difficult to absorb the attitude that's reluctant to address product warranty.

The salesman, David, was very knowledgeable, polite, and did not pressure me at all while I tried out the various chairs on the floor. I ended up buying a floor demo which they had at the Vegas trade show which was a prototype. The price was very reasonable and so I also purchased their extended service warranty. I was confident buying from this store since it has been around for years and they also have another store in Irvine. I like the fact they are able to service and obtain any parts necessary if the chair should ever breakdown. The delivery was on time and the delivery person also set-up and tuned up the chair prior to leaving. The service after the purchase was also excellent when I had to ask them to come back to take care of a minor problem with an air tube. The store also kept their promise in ordering me a new chair remote because the demo I purchased came with a non-English language version. The chair I purchased from Zentech is truly amazing and out performs many more expensive Japanese brand chairs like Osaki. I highly recommend this store and talk to David who works at the Rowland Heights store on Sunday and Monday and in the Irvine store for the rest of the week.

Of course, she didn't notice until after her doctor reminded her how important it is to keep her feet elevated for circulation. That's when she announced, in front of both me and the doctor, that her chair "wasn't doing its job anymore." While sitting in the appointment, I Googled "recliner repair" on my phone, found The Recliner Guy, and submitted a request through his website. About 20 minutes later, I got a text back. Even better, he happened to be nearby and had availability that same day. I took Mom to lunch, we agreed on a 2:30 appointment, and shortly after arriving I received a quote via text. Thirty minutes later, the chair was fixed, payment was sent through Zelle, and the crisis was officially over. When I called my mom later, she was thrilled. Her favorite chair was back in action, her feet were up, and I was saved from having to buy a new recliner. The Recliner Guy may have fixed a chair, but in my mother's eyes he performed open-heart surgery on her La-Z-Boy. Fast, professional, reasonably priced, and incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had never maintained it. When we painted the house and cleaned the patio, it suddenly looked even worse. So we called Dr. Teak after finding them online. Wow. A crew of five guys showed up with sanders and some kind of cleaning blaster and spent about five hours here. Then they left with the cushions. Cushions just came back and it all looks like a brand new set of furniture. Actually, it looks better than it did because the finish somehow looks like a deeper color. Anyway, strongly recommend doing this! Good guys. Seemed very reasonable for the amount of time and the work. It is too bad there's not space for a photo which would really make the point. They all seemed like guys who have been doing this for a good amount of time. So glad I didn't have to buy new furniture! No complaints!

The aluminum frame was in perfectly good shape and I didn't want to just throw them out. But when you shop for replacement slings none of the companies had my specific Christopher Knight ones listed on their website. Then I came across CFR Patio specifically listing the brand on their site and their sales manager Collin Lee went above and beyond to reassure me they would fit. He even finished editing a video showing the exact steps how to install them. I was SO thrilled when they arrived, were easy to install and fit perfectly! I only replaced the bottom half so the color of the fabric in the photos is different because my old ones were faded. I will eventually replace the top half with the new ones they sent me but wanted to get my review up so anyone out there with this specific brand can rest assured they're in good hands!! Carlos came to my home and helped me choose the perfect fabrics and styles for my loveseat, couch (which is also a sleeper sofa), and headboard. He brought so many beautiful fabric options, and the process was truly enjoyable. We chose a beautiful royal soft blue for the couches and a creamy brown for the headboard, and everything came out AMAZING! Every time someone comes over, their face lights up and they ask, "Oh my God! Did you get new furniture?" I proudly tell them, "Nope! This is the same furniture I've had for over 30 years!" I decided to go old-school, just like my grandmothers and aunties used to do--reupholster quality furniture instead of throwing it away. I also love that this company has been around for so many years. My husband even remembered that his mother had work done by this same company years ago! The delivery team was also outstanding. They were professional, careful, and respectful of my home. They removed the furniture without damaging anything and returned everything beautifully, putting it all back exactly where it belonged. I am genuinely overjoyed with how everything turned out. The furniture looks brand new, but it still has the sentimental value of pieces I've had for decades. I truly believe this furniture will last me another 30 years! And hopefully, my son will keep it, pass it down, and continue the tradition--and keep coming back to Riviera Upholstery just like we did. Riviera Upholstery gets 10 thumbs up from me! Thank you, Carlos, and the entire team, for bringing my furniture back to life!
