After I picked up my photos I noticed that several were blank and half printed on the negatives and at least 3-5 prints were missing. I called in to inquire about that and the same employee told me that it was probably because the person who took the photos took them in too dark of a place and they didn't come out. I told her I knew for a fact that several of the pictures were taken in a plenty bright space and I could tell that some of the negatives were half there and yet the pictures that matched the negatives were still not in the package. She continued to repeat that it must have been because they were too dark and there was nothing she could do about it, getting rather rude. I said oh well and thank you and she promptly hung up the phone before I'd even finished speaking. I won't be returning to that location again.

Customer service is horrible. They try whatever they can to not fill a prescription. We have experienced long wait times and sometimes you're waiting when you think it's being filled, only to find out that for whatever reason they were not able to fill it, and they don't call and inform you, wasting your time and when you're sick can be the worst. I'm sure part of the problem is that they're busy and understaffed, but when they say they were filling a prescription for you, only to find out that it was not being filled - I feel it's not OK.
