The drive through is very convenient. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Last month when I went to pick up my prescription it wasn't ready and they were just a few minutes from closing. Instead of telling me to come back in the morning they asked me to drive around and get back in the drive through line so they could have a few minutes to get it ready for me. I feel like any other pharmacy would have made me wait. Overall this is a pretty good Walgreens.

I understand being patient, but once you have people behind you, you can't get out of line to go inside. So during my 20 minutes in line, 10 were spent at the window waiting for the clerk to acknowledge me. They help everyone in line inside before handling any cars in drive through! Ridiculous system, they should help one inside, then one car. So the drive through lane was packed with angry people forced to idle in their cars in the heat.
