You would hardly know this restaurant is here because it shares a building with other businesses and can't be seen from the street. We were first to arrive, but shortly thereafter people started piling in and the place was full. There were 4 of us and we shared a General Tao's, Kung Pao Chicken and a Fried Rice that had chicken, beef and shrimp. We didn't want leftovers because we were going out for the night, so this amount of food was perfect for our meal, in addition to the soup and egg roll we had first. Food was all decent, just not fantastic. The two dishes could have been spicier. Service was extremely good and prices are average for a restaurant of this type.

This place is great! Seated quick, host was also our server, interesting decor, lovely 150 gallon tank in the middle of the restaurant with koi, soups delicious, tea (never tried EVER before) I devoured it. Wanton soup could do with a little more salt but it's delicious. Moo Gu Gai Pan (veggies and chicken in sauce) is delicious (but needs a little more salt) fried rice AMAZING! And water is well water (giggles) strange fortune in my cookie but very nice experience.

Anyways, Ming's Moo Goo Gai Pan is a delicious healthy dish with subtle Cantonese flavors. There's a generous amount of white chicken meat and lots of fresh, crisp veggies like Napa cabbage, snow peas, water chestnuts, and button mushrooms. The white sauce needed a little salt, which made it shine. The fried rice was basically steamed rice with soy sauce, so nothing special there. The Hot and Sour Soup was thin and not very tangy but had a fair amount of heat to it. My take? It was a solid meal that filled me up for cheap ($11.50), and I had leftovers, too.

Was looking for some good food outside of the resort, but this was not it. They are doing takeout only. Here's what we ordered: -Sesame Chicken: I've never seen this dish drowned in broth/syrup before. It was so soupy that the chicken and breading was soggy. And the chicken was flavorless. -Kung Pao Shrimp: again, drowned in this brown broth. Very soupy and tasteless. -Green Pepper Steak: and again, loads of broth and no flavor. -Mixed Vegetables: no flavor in the sauce that was added to these. -Steamed dumplings: the dumplings by themselves were flavorless, but the sauce that came with them was its saving grace. -Spring Rolls: 2 come in an order. They were so tiny! (Think 1 bite and you're done.) And not crispy at all. If you see this place while driving down the road, just keep going. Never again!
