The highlights of their service, besides a thorough, soup-to-nuts cleaning included great communication (quick responses, proactive reminders/updates and detailed follow up) and high-touch, personalized service (listening carefully and addressing needs with attention). The owner, Shavonne C. called within minutes of the initial request being sent via Yelp. She spent time with a consultation to discuss the scope of work in detail and review areas of concern. We are from out of town, and did not have any cleaning supplies or equipment, so that was one aspect of the job that was noted and handled expertly. At the completion of the cleaning, we were provided with a detailed, written report and photos of the apartment. This was a Wow! point. They also cleaned the exterior of the windows; something which we didn't think about - another example of how they went above and beyond to deliver a space that had a tangibly better vibe. If you're looking for a 110% professional cleaning service that is also warm and friendly, this is it. I highly recommend Mindful Cleaning Service.

Mindful Cleaning Service is the real MVP of our vacation!…read more While we were off living our best lives on vacation, Mindful Cleaning swooped in and performed a full-blown cleaning miracle on our house. We came back to what honestly felt like a brand-new home--floors shining, counters sparkling, and not a dust bunny in sight. Their communication was on point from start to finish. They kept us in the loop without being overbearing, and even better--they were so thoughtful around our pets. We have a few furry supervisors at home (some more curious than helpful), and Mindful Cleaning was so gentle and respectful with them. Big win in our book! We've used other services before, but this one felt... different. Like they actually cared. You can tell it's not just a job to them. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a deep clean with a personal, professional, and pet-friendly touch.

We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace

Yes, this is the correct company…read more The transaction date was 10/20/22, and we booked the service thru your website and called the website phone number 2 days in a row to no avail over an hour each time. The recording would repeat that other customers were being helped and someone would be with me shortly, something to that effect. I have disputed this charge with the credit card company. Your deep cleaning of this 800 sq. ft was less than 45 minutes which is ridiculous! I paid $178 for the kitchen sink and counter, bathroom sink, and oven to be cleaned. Everything else was either untouched or wiped down with a dirty rag. The previous tenant had cleaned the unit however it needed to be deeper-cleaned. When you would look closely, you can still see the dirt and grim that was remaining from their cleaning job. They are not professional cleaners but still need to fulfill their lease obligations. What remained was a deep cleaning. Now that I am speaking with you. You should already know that when you charge someone to clean a list of items, that list needs to be completed before you leave the property, especially when you charge extra for deep cleaning. There were no before and after pics as you mentioned that are sent to customers. Your supposed deep cleaning was performed in less than 45 minutes. How do I know? Well, I received a phone call from you all needing the code to enter the property and a Thank you text message that the job has been completed. The shower was untouched by you all. Soap scum on both glass doors and the tracks were nasty. No sign of any water or wetness in the shower when we returned so we know this was skipped. I received a thank you email 10 min before our arrival. Lifting the toilet seat, there was still hair and yellow nastiness under the seat. Also, a Swiffer mop should not be used for deep cleaning. Professional equipment should be used by a professional such as a traditional mop. However, the floors were not even mopped because there was dried poop on the floor that remained afterward that was on the hardwood floor. Besides the moping, a vacuum was not performed because there was hair and dirt in every corner of every room. The window baseboards were not wiped down. The Mirror in the restroom had streaks all over it and was not cleaned with a clean towel. The oven was cleaned, and the kitchen and bathroom sinks were clean. But that's about it. $178 for 45 min sounds like a lawyer, not a house cleaning service. The stainless steel appliances were not cleaned with proper stainless steel cleaner and had swirls all over them. and the inside of the empty refrigerator was untouched as well. Ughhh. I hate reliving this nightmare. I had to end up cleaning the place myself... Worst experience ever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I purchased the deep clean…read morelast month based on the good reviews that this "company" had. I received a call early the morning of from someone stating the cleaner was wanting to come to my house now (2 hrs before the time period I scheduled,) I said I'll be home in an hour. The young girl showed up an hour later, she walked in and said can you show me towards the master, so I walked her through the house and mentioned the main things I wanted her to focus on was a heavy vacuum & mopping of the tile floors (tile is in my entire home,) and wiping all the cabinets off, as well as dusting/wiping the baseboards since we would be painting the day after she left. The deep clean stats a 4-6 hour clean time, my home is 2000 sq ft and kept pretty clean normally.. just didn't have time to do the detailed work I had requested. She spent over an hour in the master bathroom, then less than a hour in the 3 bedrooms (I requested nothing be done in there except the floors) and the 2nd bathroom. She had finished in the kitchen/living before I could even go back and look at her work in the rest of the house. I specifically had a couple drops of blood on the floor from my dog being in heat the night before... to my suprise she said all the floors had been cleaned. So I walked her and pointed out the blood drops.. she insisted that was a stain on the floor, so I wiped it up. I then began looking at EVERYTHING because if she had already mopped the floor and she didn't get the blood drops in the middle of the floor what else did she not do?! I then went to inspect the bathroom cabinets (specifically the 2nd bath) I noticed all the white dots on the cabinets were still there. As a matter of fact she didn't even wipe off the toilet from hair/dust! I asked her to wipe off the bathroom cabinets as my child had splashed toothpaste (white dots) from brushing their teeth. That was completed about 75%, she definetly did not go out of her way to get it all, or wipe the entire cabinets.. just where she saw white. She then comes and tells me shes done and I said wow that was quick, it had been less than 3 hours from when she arrived, much-less actually started working. I asked if the baseboards had been cleaned since they would be getting painted and she said yes. She left. I then went and did a thorough walk-through the house now that the floors weren't wet, and to say I was so appaled and upset is an understatement. She left all the bags of trash on the wet floor in my kitchen, she dusted AROUND my pictures and other items, toilets were not wiped off, the floors were not vacuumed, she swept just the walkway before she mopped just what she could reach. And not cabinets in my kitchen were touched. I also opened my oven and of course that had not been touched either. At this point I start taking pics because I have painters coming the next day and can not point over the dust & hair I found ALL OVER the baseboards. I then decided to sit down and watch all my cameras for the next 2 hours and sure enough.. SHE NEVER TOUCHED THE BASEBOARDS, OR THE CABINETS, OR THE OVEN or may other things that I took pictures of. But to top it all off - what she did do was break the shower head/bar coming out of the shower in the master bathroom. I had no idea until my husband came home later that night to shower and asked why it was bend and hanging from the wall. I didn't want to tell him I had paid $300 DOLLARS for this cleaning... I do not use the master shower so he knows no one else would be going in there. He attempted to tighten/screw it back in to shower and it completely fell out of the wall when he tried to pick it up. I was standing there when it happened since I was taking pictures of what it looked like. It could not be fixed. I now am upset and had to clean the baseboards myself because we were painting the next morning. I contacted the "company" the next afternoon, after expressing just the lack of cleaning the lady had completed the lady who said she was the owner on the phone began getting upset and said "we have never received any feedback like this before". I said I have many pictures to prove what wasn't done, or you are more than welcome to come stop by and put your eyes on everything I am talking about. The owner said the cleaners are required to send pictures of everything before they start cleaning. I said great then you will have pictures of the bathrooms, she said yes I do. I mentioned that my husband went to shower and the shower head/arm was bent and wasn't working. She began to raise her voice and said her cleaning lady did not break anything and that cleaning lady is one of her best cleaners, then she mentioned she is actually cleaning my house right now so let me call her. The "owner" called me back and said listen we aren't responsible for anything with the shower unless you can PROVE IT WASN'T BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH. I was told my $ would be refunded and she didn't have time to deal with this.

I was in the…read moremiddle of quitting my job and taking care of a 13 year old sister, so I didn't have the time nor energy to make sure this place was neat and tidy before I left. And my apartment is notorious for charging an arm and leg to clean the place up. So, I looked up some reviews and found that this was the best one thus far for the money! I called to make an appointment and the young lady that I spoke with was very clear and flexible with scheduling a time. So far, the customer service was on point and I was eagerly awaiting the cleaning service to come. The day arrived and I had a lot of my sorority sisters come and help me move some of the last few boxes to the moving truck so I had everything out of the apartment at this point. Two young ladies had introduced themselves as Amy and Mary and were very polite. They definitely wasted no time and asked me what I wanted them to focus on. I explained to them that the kitchen needed the most attention. I stayed for roughly thirty minutes clearing out the living room and then decided to go and grab a few drinks and snacks with the sisters that had helped me that afternoon. I told Amy and Mary that I would be back shortly and left them to clean the apartment. I came back to the apartment within an hour and as soon as I opened the door, I could immediately SMELL the difference. Amy was in the kitchen scrubbing out the dark stains from the oven when I had walked through the door and had explained to me that the eco friendly products she was using didn't emit the strong toxic odors like most cleaning products. I met up with Mary, who was in the master bedroom, and looked like she was gathering her supplies to head toward the living room. I looked at the bathtub and couldn't believe how spotless the tiles looked! I had even called the maintenance service to take a look at the mold growing on the tiles and they couldn't do what Mary did! I don't know what she used on those tiles, but the tiles no longer looked like they had a trace of mold. Overall, these two ladies did a wonderful job scrubbing and cleaning out my entire 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment! I was very pleased with the service and my apartment complex told me that they would give me back my full deposit that I had put down a year ago! I would highly recommend this service to anyone that is looking for a cleaning service!

I left a note to also clean the guest house that is separate from the house and added 1 bedroom/bathroom to order. On the day of cleaning, I called their office to remind them to clean the guest house. They said they would call the cleaning crew to let them known and then call me back to tell me if the crew was able to clean the guest house. But they never called me back. When I arrived home, the main house was adequately cleaned. Except the cleaners left an entire pile of clean clothes unfolded for some reason. But they also did not clean the guest house like I asked. I again called the company to straighten things out. They offered to refund the cost of cleaning the extra bathroom that I paid for ($10) but refused to refund the extra bedroom I paid for ($30) but wasn't cleaned. The operator stated that they spent plenty of time on the main house that justified the extra $30. I told them that I wanted the refund for the extra $40 worth that wasn't cleaned. They refused to refund the whole amount. I told them never mind any refund but I would not use their company ever again. Bottom Line: Easy to order online but its not completely clear what they will clean due to over-simplicity of website. Customer service was inadequate. They are willing to lose a customer over $30.
