They also have a beautiful river with small waterfalls running alongside the store. A lot of tourist visiting today, especially during leaf peeping season. It is definitely worth the stop.

The purchase I made had gone through with a DUPLICATE purchase for the same date pending. Considering I had just made a payment and should have had enough credit to use that day, this was incorrect. I immediately called Kohl's customer service. The first person I spoke to looked at my account, and said yes they charged you twice for the same thing. I said I wanted it reversed immediately, it was affecting my available credit. He said he couldn't do that and transferred me to another dept. The woman I spoke to there told me that it would take 4 days to drop off. It is STILL showing pending. I told her I have had this problem with this store 2x last year. At that time I was told by YOUR customer service, it was the store. That they are hitting something when cashing me out that rings up twice, even though it only shows up once on the receipt. I had a problem then too, had to wait, but at least they made an effort to reverse it. I am being told there is nothing they can do and this is normal when a charge goes through, that sometimes it can charge twice , one pending until the original charge goes through. And then the second one will drop off. What kind of logic is that? I called again yesterday. Got the same thing. They are not reversing it. They are doing nothing. This is their ERROR, whether in the store or customer service. They don't care, and are NOT taking responsibility for this. I am extremely dissatisfied that the DOUBLE charge is still there. I did shop at another Kohl's the day I checked my account. I didn't use my Kohl's card. I have been a customer for years, and honestly think we all deserve better. When I called this should have been corrected immediately. The fact that this has ONLY happened at the Berlin store, is a question too. I would like the duplicate charge off my card IMMEDIATELY!!! This is seriously make me rethink shopping at Kohl's. Just to wrap up here, I just tried again....Was told the same exact thing. That there is nothing they can do. There is only 1 charge, and they have to wait for the pending to drop off. In the meantime it's affecting my available credit. Wow! Great customer service NOT!!!

I went to my collection of jackets from over the years the night before which has grown in numbers as my sizes have changed. The next morning (same day leaving to Latham NY. At 1PM) I had to scramble to try and get a suit jacket that would fit. This wouldn't be an easy task as I assumed nothing off the rack would fit. Went to Mens Warehouse in Williston VT. About 11:30 AM and was assisted by Daryl the new store Manager. He was professional understanding of my dilemma and jumped into action. When we dialed in the best possible fit off the rack in a nice black jacket I asked about tailoring the cuffs and asked if it was possible on the spot. He mentioned he didn't currently have a tailor in store but also mentioned his prior location was in Clifton Park NY. (15 mins from where the service was.) Daryl placed a call to his prior location and coordinated an appointment for 4PM for me same day. Fast forward I arrived in the Clifton Park Mens Wearhouse location, suit in hand at 4PM. The tailor Oksana had me dialed in and out the door in 30 mins. She even steamed my shirt to make sure I was good to go. I couldn't have been treated better. Went straight to the wake and was pleased to share the days events with family members at dinner afterwards. They were left in disbelief the level of care, customer service and amazing outside the box thinking helped make my unrealistic goal a reality. Truly appreciate Daryl and Oksana for thier understanding and making it all happen. Thank you.
