The food was nasty. My fingers still smell like smoke from the chicken and I washed vigorously several times. The potatoes were mushy, boiled waterlogged and inedible. I even feel a little bit sick because of how smoked the chicken was. To top it off I paid $23 for a meal I couldn't even finish. The staff was not friendly at all and didn't have masks on. This is supposed to be Smoked Spuds OG: cheddar, bacon, sour cream , green onion and butter for $8. Very disappointing as there was no butter, no sour cream and very little cheddar. Wasn't expecting whole potatoes The issue with that was there were different size potatoes. Ones that were perfect and ones that were pretty firm. They did however put plenty of bacon which was great to see. The sliders are bigger than normal slider size. The gentlemen behind the counter are friendly. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I witnessed one of the most disgusting acts of customer service coming to this place. I witnessed a staff member try to aggressively come at a CUSTOMER who was holding his 4 YEAR OLD SONS HAND. He came out of the food truck asking if he guy who just tried to order "wanted a problem" even tho the guy was obviously not going to do anything while holding his 4 YEAR OLD SONS hand !! The staff member kept antogonizing this person who was literally JUST TRYING TO ORDER. I've literally never been so DISGUSTED with customer service. The person that was working that night was a literal LITTLE B**** For trying to come at someone who was with there kid and he knew wasn't going to do anything back. So I thought I'd give this place another chance even after the last two times I've came here i suffered stomach cramps and diarrhea for 24 hrs, but that was a couple weeks ago the last time I was there and I figured 3rd times a charm....unfortunately this time I didn't get a chance to order food and ended up getting assaulted by an employee of theirs. I won't go into detail but I was trying to cool off a fight between the employee and a male friend of mine that escalated very quickly for extremely unnecessary reasons, fueled my this employee who was just looking for a fight screaming macho tough guy stuff. My vehicle was in the middle of my friend being chased w a bat. The employee was yelling relentlessly and would not cool down and when he passed me as I was trying to get in my vehicle so we could leave as everyone kept telling me to do, he hit me on the right side of my head/ear with a bat, laughed and said he should beat my a** some more bc my boyfriend is a f*g**t . There were two other guys (assuming who also work there) w him watching all of this go down and did absolutely nothing. I would like to think this establishment is better then that bc there is so much potential in that little parking lot but between today and previous reactions to the food I've had here this place would get zero stars if possible- especially since we were right there getting pretty much attacked and yelled at for literally absolutely no reason except for him thinking we were looking at him (the employee) as we drove passed him trying to park. He has issues and is a liability especially with the 14 year old kid next to him thinking it was cool to pretend he had a gun yelling at me (40yr old) and bullying me.....not cool and in no way a place I want to support. Feel free to make that choice on your own but all you will take away from that place is either the runs or a bloody swollen ear given to you by one of their dead beat employees. read more

I will never support a business that is blatantly hostile towards police. Which is a shame because this place has delicious food. Disappointed with the service here. When you have customers who are clearly having trouble deciding what to order and it's backing things up, try offering to help. You'll make more $$$ that way. Additionally, the pieces of paper taped all over the menu for substitute items of dishes you've ran out of is not a good look. There were more substitutes than regular menu items. Poor Planning. One word....WOW. This place has the best mac and cheese i've had in a while! My boyfriend got the "dirty" mac with smoked chicken while I got the OG mac and both were to die for! They were so flavorful and the servings were pretty big! The man working was super nice and helpful. Will be returning every time i'm in town! I can't wait to try more of the menu!! read more

Food is delicious and they have some of the best sliders I've ever had. I absolutely recommend their food HOWEVER, their customer service could improve. Our office tried to order for lunch and I was notified that our order had been canceled through Postmates. Understandable as it was a larger order. When I called to check in and see what other options we had to order, I was essentially told that our order would not be accommodated since they prioritize "first time customers" and people who are there in person, ordering at the window. Since I was ordering for the office and unable to leave work, it's nice to have options that accommodate larger orders. I completely understand this is a food cart, I've been here many times before and was raving about their food. If you cannot or won't accommodate orders that are placed through third party sites, maybe you should remove your business from them and explicitly state how you will and will not accept orders. read more

As a family of 4 we all got different things. I'd say the key here is to stick to the chicken. Fries weren't cooked all the way through, the Mac muffins werent very hot... But the actual chicken is the best thing they have, both fried and smoked. read more

I have eaten here once before today and will never eat here again simply due to the horrific customer service I received when I went to go pick up my order for my family. I ordered my food online and it gave me 45 min to pick up my order. When I arrived the person at front said they had not even started my order and it was behind several other orders. I simply told them that I was disappointed and that I ordered online for the convenience of not having to wait. This set the person helping me on a tyrant rage and he stated that I could get my money back or wait and slammed the window closed. I stated that I would like my money back and he continued using phrases like: 1. "we don't need your business, we make a lot of money anyways" 2. "I have my own business, what do you have?" (Apparently, he was implying he was the owner!) 3. THE THREAT "If I ever see you outside this cart I will take care of you another way" I have owned several restaurants in my past and the value of losing a customer becomes exponential, so I am glad that "THE MAC" makes so much money they don't need very basic customer service skills and don't mind losing customers. Oh my goodness, I was just in line an hour ago and there was a guy in front of my family trying to pick up food. The music was so loud we all were waiting for about 10 minutes. The guy in front of me asked how I should get the cooks attention. I told him maybe knock on the window, that didn't work so the guy waited another couple of minutes then shouted in the cart here to pick up two orders. The cook turned off the music and scream back at the guy never F*cking yell into my cart again. They guy explained he was doing his first door dash and didn't really know what he was doing could the cook help him. The cook screamed even loud at him calling him a dumbsh*t his order was for cart next door. The guy walked off and apologized for the cooks rude behavior as my 3 young children where crying. I immediately left and will never try this place. Someone needs to have a real talk with this employee as he has no respect for people let alone his surroundings. read more

This place is literally a Mac and cheese paradise. Especially the dirty Mac with chicken. They also have really tasty quarter, half or whole chicken. The staff is always pleasant and they usually call me by name meaning, they know their customers. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait once you place your order but it's totally worth the wait. Great food, but I've only been able to try it once. I always check the hours online before I decide to drive there because the 10 times that I have driven there I've only gotten to eat once. They are never open during the hours that are posted, I think I only got to eat that one time on a lucky off-chance that I caught them there. Nice people to but I'm extremely disappointed with how many times I've driven there to eat and it's completely closed during the hours that is posted to be open.
