The staff are also very helpful in ensuring folks are staying safe while working out. The layout of the machines is very simple so you know exactly where what machine you want is and everyone I saw wiped their area down after each use. The men's locker room was very clean and didn't stink like I've experienced at other locations. Finally the VIP lounge for black card members was very therapeutic after a hard workout.

They have a nice space which I understand they are moving to an even larger property - I took this as a good sign that they are growing. I didn't get to spend much time with the coaches because the classes were pretty large (I could see they we're keeping an eye on me) but what stood out was the community is very welcoming. Lots of people introducing themselves and cheering everyone on was a great way to start the day.

I did 8 class pack and I got great definition. I mean it's hard work ladies but worth it. I did unlimited this month I'm loving adding it to my workouts. It's a Fun and clean place. The teachers are great. There is reform which uses bands connected to the wall , classic barre class , and empower personally my favorite. I've been suffering from a injury since October and this has helped keep me active while healing my injury. I usually hate apps for things but theirs is handy and great. I use my Apple Watch and it alerts me to start my activity. It reminds me a hour before class starts. And it has fun challenges.

There were some places offering $10 a day pass but didn't have a sauna or steam room. This place had both plus an ice room. Which was more like a really high air conditioning room. Nothing like serious cold. They also had a pool which seemed like only a bunch of old people use. The training area with turf was really nice but if that stop light is red (I posted a picture) that means the trainer is there with a client and you're not allowed. If it's orange you are allowed but to be careful and green it's a free for all. Not many people use it but it has bunch of cool equipment to use there too. The gym had everything and I was only able to find one thing broken which is rare at a gym this big. They also have one of those dryers for your bathing suits in the mens locker room if you do bring a bathing suit for sauna or pool. It's a bring your own towel like most gyms but for such a high gym membership I thought they may include that but nothing I could really complain about this gym except pricing.

I had never done a class like this before so I was nervous at first, but the instructor, Tom, made it seem easy. He is really knowledgeable about the sport and teaches the real thing. None of this Tai Bo stuff . The hour is spent learning kickboxing all the while keeping the heart rate up. My favorite thing was punching and kicking the heavy bag. A super stress-reliever! Hopefully others try this class because it is a great class and is reasonably priced ($30/month). For that, you can go to this class 2x per week and get an amazing 1-hr workout. Wednesdays at 7:30PM and Saturdays at 11AM. Check it out. The more the merrier!

I did it for the membership and the personal training as training went I found myself getting weaker and found out that I had breast cancer, which caused me to have to stop. I try to let them know about the situation and they said that I made an obligation and therefore I am fully obligated to the full year no matter my situation they are not sensitive to your needs. My son continued his membership, but they completely lied to him about being able to exit with no additional fees and backpedaled on their conversation. They're out for the money. Do not trust this establishment.
