Being in the health and wellness industry has made me skeptical about many personal trainers, if…read morethey do not know as much or more than me, then I will not give them a chance. After talking with Albert & David about their philosophy and about the body, I realized they actually DO know about kinesiology and I decided to try a month. It's been 9 months now and I love coming here. My flexibly is better after old sports injuries, I am stronger, and injury free. I send my clients with chronic pain here to complete their wellness and at home care for strength, as part of their rehabilitation. They are professional, knowledgeable, have integrity, and I can trust them with my clients. I have also gained confidence, dropped 20 lbs, two dress sizes, and my legs look fantastic! I have a lot more to go and I wouldn't want to work on my goals anywhere else than with Albert & David at CR Elite.

The bars spin very well and their platforms are well-built. They let me play my own music, they have towels, a water fountain, jerk blocks and a great atmosphere... I really could not have asked for more while on a business trip. Any weightlifter in the area should check out this facility either to train or learn.

There's easy access to the equipment, low noise, and easy social distance. I have had very good results with my personal trainer Trae, who makes workouts that are varied, challenging, and efficient. Lately, it seems like people are letting guests in outside of staffed hours and it's making it difficult to work out unless I go at 3:00 AM. If you go during the evening don't be surprised to see a number of young kids in there. It makes it difficult when you're sharing equipment with people who don't have memberships. Some of the other male members make it a little less than pleasant. Some are extremely loud with coarse language, grunting very loudly, dropping free weights on the floor, etc. I have not seen such activities at any of the other locations visited (and I've been to many). Resign yourself to going late at night and you might not be disappointed. Otherwise, try the Marion gym. It's quieter.

Trainer Lori is attentive and patient while being good about correcting form. Pascale and Rachel have spent so much time walking me through the memberships. Just FYI we were members of Farrells, Burnboot camp and Anytime. We just love the vibe here!

I'm almost afraid to write such a good review because if the area finds out what a good deal this…read moreplace is, it might fill up... :) I visited this facility last night. Though I am a member of the 34th Street and Mount Vernon Road location, it's nice to switch it up a bit. I was told that this franchise and the Wiley Blvd location are owned by a different entity than Mount Vernon Road gym. It's interesting how a few things are a bit different. I like the upper body machines at this location - they are Lifeline brand. I plan to alternate between facilities just to take advantage of the differences and keep the body off guard. (I lifted at both CR and Marion last night). This gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. There are even a few products up front that you can buy after hours simply by signing a clipboard. This location does seem to get a little busier at times but at 8:30 PM on a Friday, there were only a couple other people there. If you are able to adjust your schedule, you can often have the gym almost to yourself. :) I really like Anytime Fitness. If you want a low cost membership, clean and well maintained equipment, and are able to plan your own workout, you can save a lot of money and have an enjoyable time.

I try to let them know about the situation and they said that I made an obligation and therefore I am fully obligated to the full year no matter my situation they are not sensitive to your needs. My son continued his membership, but they completely lied to him about being able to exit with no additional fees and backpedaled on their conversation. They're out for the money. Do not trust this establishment.
