It's been 9 months now and I love coming here. My flexibly is better after old sports injuries, I am stronger, and injury free. I send my clients with chronic pain here to complete their wellness and at home care for strength, as part of their rehabilitation. They are professional, knowledgeable, have integrity, and I can trust them with my clients. I have also gained confidence, dropped 20 lbs, two dress sizes, and my legs look fantastic! There were some places offering $10 a day pass but didn't have a sauna or steam room. This place had both plus an ice room. Which was more like a really high air conditioning room. Nothing like serious cold. They also had a pool which seemed like only a bunch of old people use. The training area with turf was really nice but if that stop light is red (I posted a picture) that means the trainer is there with a client and you're not allowed. If it's orange you are allowed but to be careful and green it's a free for all. Not many people use it but it has bunch of cool equipment to use there too. The gym had everything and I was only able to find one thing broken which is rare at a gym this big. They also have one of those dryers for your bathing suits in the mens locker room if you do bring a bathing suit for sauna or pool. It's a bring your own towel like most gyms but for such a high gym membership I thought they may include that but nothing I could really complain about this gym except pricing.

Hours for lap swim posted on their website are usually not correct as pool is not open when hours posted say it is. Was told by front desk people their website is not accurate and I should only use their new 'app' to check hours. So I loaded app and have used that to check pool lap swim hours. Tried to swim on weekday last week. Checked app 2 hours prior and said lap swim open 1:00-5:00 pm. Arrived at 2:10, changed and got to pool deck at 2:15 only to be told "We are closing for 30 minutes from 2:30 to 3:00 today." Today, a Sunday, at 9:00 a.m. app says pool open for lap swim from 10:00-1:00 pm. Arrived at 11:00 only to find out pool is closed due to swim team practice. they are "very sorry" for my inconvenience. This has happened 4 or 5 times in past month. Frustrating to plan my day/week, drive to the YMCA, and show up only to find out pool is not available. Seems like this is happening more and more often in past 5-6 weeks. If only we could know when pool will be available for lap swim. Seems like this should not be that hard to do. Put someone in charge of schedule and posting updates. And, once hours posted, stick to that schedule.

Staff was extremely uninterested in explaining price breakdown and got confused easily. Referred me to the general manager's email and explain that the general manager did not take calls. She didn't feel it was really worth the general manager's time to answer my question anyways which I asked if she would prefer I simply leave a one-star Google review and she thought that was a pretty good idea and didn't seem to care about the business reputation online or in social media saying that there are plenty of paying members. So I guess if you have questions there's probably a better gym to go to that is willing to answer your questions intelligently without becoming confused easily, brushing you off or telling you they have plenty of members and plenty of money. Maybe this will get the general manager's attention because your staff doesn't seem to care about the reputation of your business online.
